【Black or White, Left or Right, There Is a Group Called "the Poor"】Easy Investing Chat, CLEC Investment Channel. Post date: November 24, 2020

Today's racial confrontation and left-right confrontation are actually confrontations caused by poverty.

Look at the people who come out to march and protest. Most are poor people, whether left or right, white, Black, or people of color. Yet these protests are not carried out in the name of poverty. They are carried out in the name of left and right, white supremacy, discrimination against Black people, Black lives matter, and white lives matter. Wealthy people are all at home protecting their homes.

Why do these poor people go into the streets not to protest wealth inequality, but to fight over left and right and skin color? I personally believe, and this is only my personal reasoning as the only reasonable explanation, that the upper class and politicians unintentionally mislead poor people at the bottom to shift their target. Because they cannot solve the wealth gap caused by capitalism, and because all financial and monetary policies have intensified this gap, politicians cannot solve capitalism's dilemma. Politicians lead poor people away from targeting the rich and mislead them toward immigrants, racial discrimination, left, and right, making the poor fight the poor, in order to avoid digging up the real evil consequences ultimately caused by capitalism and the wealth gap.

I think this kind of protest will continue and gradually intensify. One possible solution, not the only one, is a social welfare system with unconditional minimum income and unconditional education. Everyone can receive the most basic living expenses and the most basic right to housing. In other words, the most basic food, clothing, housing, and transportation are completely free. This is the most basic human right as a person; people cannot be allowed to live worse than the family dog.

As for where the money will come from, when the rich become richer and richer, taxing the rich and taxing assets is the inevitable direction. If the rich are unwilling to pay the most basic costs, the protection fee, they will face unbearable losses in the future: proletarian revolution.

Of course, simply increasing social welfare is absolutely not a cure-all, but it may be one possible comprehensive solution.

Chapter 65 [Investment Concept - Buy at the rising point! 】

In the past investment, although it cannot be said that there were very brilliant results, it still roughly beat the market. It seemed like good performance, but it missed many key opportunities to get rich. Looking back on the past, rather than saying that the performance was good, I still feel that there is a lot of room for improvement. (So, investing in index funds does not have such a problem). In the past investment years, the first stock that made me rich was Starbucks, but I have not held Starbucks until now. If I had held 100% of my capital in Starbucks,

Chapter 43 [It Is Not That We Do Not Trade; We Decide Not to Trade!]

Many friends ask: James, you used to trade, and you traded quite well, avoiding the bubbles in 2000 and 2008. Why not avoid this one and instead face the market decline? Is that really a good approach? In fact, every strategy has strengths and weaknesses. If we want to help the general public invest successfully, we can only use a method that ordinary people can actually follow.

Chapter 34 [Information is Blind to Others; We Are All Information Puppets]

Our investment mindset can sometimes make us feel so anonymous that it feels like the right decision to rush to sell all of our holdings! None of this is true. The market doesn't care how you feel, the market is going up and down in the short term, but the long term is the real rise. Humans, America, technology, are the only things you can trust for a long time, at least more reliable than the information out there, more authentic than what you feel. The information and analysis on the outside is not worth referring to at all, the information on the outside will only make your heart more confused, yes
