Hello Teacher James: I felt a bit sentimental when I saw your graduation YouTube video. I have watched all of your videos, so I have a fairly good understanding of your core educational philosophy. Your concept is to go all in with long-term exponential investing combined with stable cash flow; no one can predict short-term trends—that would be like a god. On Clubhouse, I often see many people asking you, 'I have watched all your videos, is this a good buy?' 'Should I sell/buy?' 'all'
Hello, Teacher James:
Feeling a bit sentimental watching the teacher's graduation on YouTube
I have watched all of the teacher's videos, so I have a fairly good understanding of the core ideas of the teacher's teaching.
The teacher's philosophy is to go all in with long-term exponential investing combined with stable cash flow. No one can predict short-term trends; that is divine.
On Clubhouse, I often see many people asking teachers.
I've watched all the videos. Is it good to buy this?
To sell or not to sell / To buy or not to buy
All in, okay? Should we do it in batches?
=> I feel that many people see 'A 100 million dollar investment seminar'
Only see 'one hundred million dollars' in your eyes, but can't see 'investment seminars'
After watching all the YouTube videos, you wouldn't ask this kind of question.
Teachers must bear a lot of pressure.
Many people are questioning Clubhouse
The teacher favors BITCOIN / SQ....
Later, [we] won't talk about individual stocks
Why the previous funds -> 00757 -> 00662 -> 00646
Invest first then learn investing -> Learn investing first then invest
all in -> regular fixed investment -> phased investment over space/time
Never sell -> Cycle
In order to get everyone engaged, the teacher used a very simple method for participation. Even Buffett can suffer losses when dealing with individual stocks. It's just that when losses occur, everyone can't bear it and starts questioning the teacher.
I increased the loan on the house and also used stocks as collateral.
I bought 00757 / 00662, and it was at the highest point, around QQQ 390. This process was very painful, but as the teacher said, it is part of the investment process. After a year, my mindset has actually become healthier, no longer being swayed by market ups and downs. This was what used to trouble me the most. I couldn't ignore the losses in my investments until I seriously studied the teacher's lessons. Later, I realized that having the right targets and the right investment mindset is the correct approach and should not affect one's life.
As the teacher said, today's decline is actually fairly moderate at 30-40%, but the people on Clubhouse are not very rational. Even with the teacher's disclaimer, it feels like many people want to blame their losses on the teacher.
It's hard to imagine my own loss (it felt really bad at first, but isn't investing my own decision after all)
The teacher bears the blame from so many people.
Some people play individual stocks aggressively -> Increase individual stocks no more than 10-20% (depending on personal ability)
The types of indices, the teacher chose QQQ because the idea is that technology is the future, those who do not trust it should leave.
(Growth stocks QQQ and value stocks SPY, there will always be a period when one is better than the other) If you can identify the trend, you can use Howard Marks' approach. If not, just leave it alone quietly.
What the teacher truly teaches us is to think independently and discern information using a big-picture perspective. Some people question the teacher using inflation, and it feels like the teacher's attitude is that inflation is not important and is different from the past. The current issue is recession...
We are long-term investors; should we dance to the tune of this information?
I feel heartache for the teacher's selfless dedication and bearing so much pressure. Although I have graduated, the teacher's educational philosophy will be deeply embedded in my heart.
After 10 years, when one should have achieved something, only teach it to close family members. Because no matter how good the knowledge is, if it is taught to ignorant people, they cannot absorb it.
Thank you, Teacher James

You said it perfectly!
Our investment concepts and philosophy have nothing to do with you buying indexes, individual stocks, making short-term profits, or lacking money.
Our investment philosophy is an attitude and effortless long-term returns.
Those who understand will naturally understand; those who don't, won't understand even if they spend a lifetime trying.
Short-term losses of 30% or 50% are not the point. The focus is on long-term: five to ten times in ten years, fifteen times in twenty years.
Thank you
James

[Investment Philosophy (1)] - [Value] is the core of investment
[Investment Philosophy (1)] - [Value] is the core of investment. Buffett, a successful investor, valued [value] rather than [price] throughout his life. When a one-hundred-dollar bill is traded for fifty dollars in the market, it is a hundred-dollar dollar bill that is traded for fifty dollars. People who buy it for fifty dollars are buying high value at a low price. This is how to earn more than remuneration in the market. One hundred dollars when bought for fifty dollars

[Introduction to Financial Management (4)] - The power of compound interest and the Rule of 72
What is the power of compound interest is what the ancients called compound interest. If the investment doubles every year, then the annual amount of 100,000 yuan after ten years is as follows: 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, 320, 640, 1280, 2580, 5160, 10320 Have you noticed any changes in the numbers? The increase of 100,000 yuan in the first year does not seem to be much, but in the last year, it increased by 51.6 million in the last year alone. Of course, investing is only one year late,
