Chapter 16 [Interview with Teacher Meixiang: Dialogue with Money] Part 4 of 6: Is a person's amount of wealth fixed?
"Exclusive Interview with Teacher Mei Xiang: Dialogue with Money" 4 of 6 (02/28/2023) Is the amount of a person's wealth fixed? A person's lifetime wealth can be roughly calculated. Everyone is really different, but everyone can be rich. The degree of wealth depends solely on the amount of money you invest, and the timing of your investment. You can know how much you can save every year and how many years you have worked, and you can calculate how much wealth you can have in your lifetime. For example,

Is the amount of wealth a person has fixed?
A person's lifetime wealth can be roughly calculated. Everyone is really different, but everyone can be rich. The degree of wealth depends solely on the amount of money you invest, and the timing of your investment.
You can know how much you can save every year and how many years you have worked, and you can calculate how much wealth you can have in your lifetime.
For example, if a person saves one hundred US dollars (NT$3,000, RMB 650) every month, he will have one million US dollars (NT$30 million, RMB 6.5 million) when he retires, and will accumulate US$50 million (NT$150 million, RMB 32.5 million) in his lifetime to inherit to his children.
For example, if a person saves US$1,000 every month, he will have US$10 million (NT$300 million, RMB 65 million) when he retires, and he will accumulate US$500 million (NT$15 billion, RMB 3.2 billion) in his lifetime for his children to inherit.
Yes, everyone can be rich. How rich everyone will be can be calculated or fixed, depending on how much you save and how long you invest. But everyone’s final wealth is different (depending on the amount that can be invested and the length of investment. Money and time are key!).
This has nothing to do with your birth, nothing to do with your job, everything to do with how much investment you are willing to save per month, and everything to do with how long you invest! But everyone can be rich.
Young people should invest as much as possible to prepare for retirement. Middle-aged people should save more money and invest. Those who have retired still have a long life, so the risk of not investing is higher. The biggest risk for modern people is longevity, and the risk of not investing is even higher.
We must leave more assets to future generations or leave them in the world to continue to serve people throughout our lives (of course, it is better if we can spend it ourselves, but if we can manage and invest according to our above suggestions, all people's assets will never be spent. If you have money, you can spend it as you want).

Chapter 46 [The 1929 Great Depression: Causes, Process, and Results, Part 2]
Modern mainstream economists saw the causes: a reduction in the money supply, bank crises, reduced credit, and bankruptcy; insufficient private-sector demand and insufficient fiscal spending; the passage of the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act, which worsened what might otherwise have been a more standard recession; and insufficient spending, reduced money supply, and margin debt, which led to falling prices and further bankruptcy.

[Investment Philosophy (5)] - Real Investment
The key to successful investment lies in optimism, creativity and imagination about investment targets and markets, rather than in calculation ability and rigid technical analysis. When you use iPhone Siri to compose an email, (I am using it) what impact does it have on our investment? Think about how much impact iPhone Siri will have on future business models. iPhone Siri's voice recognition is the information sent back to the cloud computing. Correct
