Who Knows!
The author explains why he feels the market may have stabilized, while emphasizing that in markets certainty belongs only to gods or frauds.

Someone asked why I think the market has already stabilized.
First I want to say: who knows?
Before reading my explanation below, everyone should be mentally prepared: this is only an imagination and an intuition.
If someone can speak with absolute certainty in the market, that person must be a god or a fraud. I am not. So I can only say: possibly.
My feeling and judgment today come from the following reasons:
-
After the market fell, the rises over these past few days have not met selling pressure.
-
If anyone still wanted to sell stocks, then after yesterday's big rise and today's higher open, someone should have sold. But I did not see strong selling pressure. We said before that the market bottom is sold into existence. Since selling pressure is not heavy, it will not create a large pullback like the end of last year.
-
Today closed the previous gap from 5/13.
The above is what I saw in the market when I woke up this morning, and why my intuition judges that the chance of a large future market pullback is not high. But who knows what tomorrow will bring: a major earthquake, a tsunami, a U.S.-Iran war... :-)
