Chapter 12 [Thoughts (Silent Capitalist War)]
Everyone will ask why I work so hard to teach everyone how to invest and become rich. In fact, the idea came to me after I retired in 2004. In 2005, I was living a happy retirement life, but many friends and family were still struggling for life. At that time, I noticed that Asians work hard, but they are not rich compared to Europe and the United States (some Asians have several houses, limited cash flow, and life is very tight, which is still far from the so-called wealth in Europe and the United States). European and American countries

[James’ Origin and Today] Chapter 12 - Thoughts (The Silent Capitalist War) (02/02/2023)
European and American countries live so affluently, and there is no need to work 996 (work from 9 am to 9 pm every day, six days a week.). What went wrong!
There is a silent "capitalist war" here. Asians and emerging countries are being enslaved without realizing it.
Talking about the awakening of the nature of capitalism from the perspective of the new economy (note that this is the background of 2005 until the subprime mortgage bubble.) (1)
Dynamics of the world economy
In the past, due to technological digitization and global financial liberalization, the flow of global funds accelerated and intensified, resulting in the rapid concentration of funds in the global capital market. This, coupled with the reform and opening up of socialist countries, resulted in an increase in the global labor force, improvements in efficiency, and smooth logistics (people making full use of their talents and goods flowing smoothly). This was the main reason for the great leap forward in the global economy in the past.
The future economic momentum will be led by the Internet-based business model, which will rapidly spread global innovations and products, improve the smooth flow of goods, and improve the efficiency of the overall economic and business, creating future growth.
In this rapidly changing business model, Europe and the United States have created the latest business models and profit models on the Internet due to their advanced financial operations and capital operations, as well as their high degree of innovation and risk-taking. In addition, Europe and the United States have used powerful capital to invade global funds and resources (buying up all good companies in emerging countries), becoming the biggest profiteers and controllers of the capitalist market.
Europe has also benefited from the economic value created by the investment of Eastern European resources into the world's economic chain. From the merger of East and West Germany, West Germany was the biggest beneficiary. Of course, China, India and Southeast Asia are also the fuel (labor supplier) for the current and future world economic power. Naturally, in the process of development, the destruction of natural ecology is the most ignored, or it should be said that it is completely ignored). In the economic model of production, manufacturing, and export that pursues high-speed GDP growth, emerging countries and their people's workers are the ones squeezed by Europe and the United States. They are not the biggest beneficiaries, but suffer the most.
Humanity has completed an economic cycle in almost a few decades. From the 1980s to the 1990s, the annual economic cycle was driven by personal computers and network innovations, and burst in 2000. It was then driven by financial innovation in the United States, and in 2007, subprime mortgage loans in the United States reached their peak, causing asset bubbles, which almost defeated the global finance and economy. The real estate and asset bubbles in the United States burst, and the stock market bottomed out in 2009 and 2013. The economy only rose slowly in 2013. Europe and the United States printed a lot of money and quickly escaped from recession. However, emerging countries were still suffering from the bubble until 2013. Under the capitalist bubble, there is an opportunity for wealth redistribution. The United States uses the status of the US dollar to steal the wealth of emerging countries in every bubble and financial tsunami (this is a powerful attack by the US financial industry).
Mastering one wealth redistribution can make you rich, mastering two wealth redistributions can make you rich, mastering three wealth redistributions can make you extremely rich. The key point is whether you can win during wealth redistribution, not how wealth is distributed.
No one really knows how the next global economic cycle will develop and what kind of technology or innovation will be driven by it. But no matter what, we are fortunate to welcome the beginning of a new cycle in 2008. This is the beginning of the redistribution of wealth. We should seize the best opportunity to obtain more wealth from the market. This is the right provided by capitalism. What we need to prepare is to make the right investment at the right stage of the business cycle.
Discussing the awakening of the nature of capitalism from the perspective of the new economy (2)
The fate of emerging countries
When the global capitalist economy develops, human growth and civilization accelerate. The biggest beneficiaries of the economic development process for all mankind are the developed countries, and then the developing countries (with a small salary); the developed countries take most of the profits, and the developing countries only get labor income and environmental pollution and damage.
The developed countries are the monarchs and aristocrats of global capitalism, while the developing countries are the common people and laborers under the capitalist system. The aristocrats and laborers have always been in an unequal competitive environment. The developed countries are getting rich by accelerating their growth, while the emerging countries are only slowly getting enough. This is the result of capitalism and its fate. The fate of individuals is the same. Those who understand the operation of capitalism will achieve the greatest economic results and profits just like developed countries. Countries and individuals who do not understand the operation of capital markets will only receive meager wages and wages in a capitalist environment, just like emerging countries. This has nothing to do with where you live, but to do with your knowledge and mentality about capital operations. We must improve our knowledge of investment and capital operations and change our mentality to change our destiny.
This is true from a national perspective, and individuals cannot escape the control of capitalism. For example, in this era of new economic take-off, individuals who earn wages through labor services, like people in developing countries, can only live for a living and cannot be rich. Emerging countries should open up financial tools to their people to obtain funds for financial investments, invest in U.S. index funds more conveniently, share the output and value growth of Americans, and improve financial efficiency.
In addition, emerging countries can invest funds into the balanced development of domestic industries, and individuals can enrich their spiritual and financial intelligence, make the best investment arrangements for the country's foreign exchange reserves and personal income, and the people can make the best long-term investment of their income and invest it in U.S. stock index funds; national sovereign funds invest in the U.S. index to obtain ownership of U.S. companies, allowing the people of U.S. companies to be used by our country and become our workers. Emerging countries can let developed countries (capitalists) work for them and share most of the wealth created in the world in the future, instead of becoming deprived laborers. Just like the landowners in the past enjoyed all the harvest, the tenant farmers could only work hard to make ends meet. Therefore, the sooner individuals or countries wake up to invest their funds correctly, the better they can enjoy a higher quality of life in the future. Tenant farmers became landlords.
Of course, some people will think that this is too much about money and material enjoyment, but in this silent capitalist war, if we all only know how to build factories, work hard in production, manufacturing, and export to earn money for labor, or only know how to work hard in order to get a meager salary, we will always be like sharecroppers who work hard to make ends meet, and cannot change the fate of being a laborer. Therefore, national leaders and people should think deeply about this issue (how to change from laborers to capitalists or what policies should be used to resist capitalist aggression).
Of course, you have to become a successful investor in the end to realize the opportunity to turn around. Long-term investment in U.S. index funds is the key to lasting profits and becoming the master of capitalism.
Investing is as natural as breathing and works in the long run.

[The most important thing about investing is: buy but don’t operate! 】
Date of writing: August 09, 2018 That’s right! The most difficult thing about investing is that when you first buy, the market is volatile and investors are nervous! Because investors are not used to market fluctuations, and because many analysts and news in the market are talking about how scary the market is! It scared everyone to buy and sell! Sell and buy again, buy at the high point and kill at the low point. The market will always be volatile, so investors must be able to accept shocks and ignore them. Just remember that the market is very good for investors in the long run.
