We Have Kept All of Our Videos on YouTube Since 2018

We keep these videos available so everyone can learn investing in chronological order. Some guidance was appropriate at the time but is no longer suitable now; these are all learning materials.

Viewers should consider the market environment at the time when thinking about the video content. These are all materials for learning investing; viewers should think independently and use their own judgment.
-
In 2018, some of our investment suggestions included individual stocks and general funds. Those were good investment targets at the time and had strong returns. After the market reversed, from late 2021 to early 2022 we gradually recommended leaving individual stocks and general funds entirely and investing only in the QQQ index fund.
-
When watching older videos, pay attention to the conditions at that time. Individual stock analysis is only for learning reference. Past general funds and ARKK are no longer good investments and are not recommended; we only recommend the QQQ index fund.
-
We have pinned updated guidance in the comment sections of older videos: please use judgment when watching past content. You may ask questions about older videos. All videos remain available only for investment learning and reference, not as investment advice.

So, rebalancing doesn't add value to capital.
-
I looked at Australia's investment tax, and as in Canada, if there's a capital gain, it's taxed, half of the long-term capital gain is tax-free, half of the income.
-
So rebalancing is not good for capital added.
-
I suggest that countries like this don't have to invest in capital funds, 100% in prototype funds, and no more balancing taxes. I was told in Australia QQQ Take custody.
-
If it can be pledged, it will be very beneficial to add value to capital. No need for funds.
It is not possible to rebalance the price by buying two times less than 5%.
The Fund's top gold stream, not its grades.
-
Improving performance is bound to increase risks.
-
Financial instruments are neutral! The risk comes from human greed!
-
To understand the risk of control, financial instruments increase cash flows, reduce risks and increase return rates.
-
If you don't understand, you invest. It's risky.
UOPIX It was released in 1999 and we can retest it. It's not gonna make it to today.
-
Attention to the high risk of a fund. Although the fund is not going to be zero, in 2000 it fell by 98 percent, almost zero. Three times equals zero.
-
And that's what I have to stress.
-
In the year 2000 situation. Two times the size of the fund is almost zero, and it still hasn't been able to catch up to the prototype fund. Here are the links below:
-
UOPIX It was released in 1999 and we can take stock of it, and we have not been able to catch up to the prototype fund until today.
-
Not to mention, the situation in 2000 could be considered zero.

(The simplest calculation, twice as much, is to match the cash. beta 1.0. Plus 70% of the prototype fund. QQQ (00662)
-
We're talking about a fund, just to make you understand a financial commodity. However, the risks of the fund must be understood. It's not like I'm going to be able to invest in you. Don't do anything you don't understand.
-
If the market really falls by more than 80% as it did in 2000, the fund will never come back! TQQQ It's zero.
-
There must be a combination of cash allocation! beta The distribution of assets is important. It is important to rebalance each year.
-
Not recommended. TQQQ. TQQQ It'll be zero, and it'll never come back. A year can fall to 99%. You have less than 1% of your assets, and no one can afford it.
-
UOPIX Since 1999, comparative figures can be seen. It's hard to get back to the market more than 80% twice. Three times more will never come back.
-
Therefore investors should not exceed Beta 1.2, and beginners are advised to stay at Beta 1.0. Asset allocation is not simply one fund; TQQQ alone will not work. A small amount of 2x leverage plus cash is safer. At most, use 20% in a 2x fund plus 70% in the unlevered fund.
(The simplest calculation, twice as much, is to match the cash. beta 1.0. Plus 70% of the prototype fund. QQQ (00662)

So I'd like to stress that I must comply with the following:
- I. Maximum beta 1.2. The balance must be rebalanced at the beginning of each year. It'll increase over a year. Beta Values also increase wave risk.
The balance of less than a year will be low-wave, but it also suppresses the performance of the cynics, with their heads being rebalanced and beheaded.
-
Secondly, funds may not be used exclusively. The following distributions are strictly prohibited. (33%) TQQQ +67% Cash (50%) QLD + 50% cash. Of course all risks are self-absorbed.
-
III. BEST USE beta 1.0 Asset allocation with more than 70 per cent as a preferred example of a prototype fund (10 per cent) QLD + 10% cash + 80% QQQ ) ( 15% QLD +15% cash +70% QQQ As many as two times the amount of the fund is equal to cash.
-
IV. Making the market grow naturally into asset allocation beta It is important to rebalance each year over 1.1. It's easy to calculate twice as much as cash.
-
Attention to the high risk of a fund. Although the fund will not be zero, in the case of 2000, the double fund will be almost zero. Three times as much as zero. It is important to rebalance when the market is falling so hard that it will have the effect of being low. In addition to retaining its cash function, the Fund is intended to rebalance to the main objective of low carrying.
Maintain the ratio you can afford.
-
QQQ Holdable; QLD (00670 L Co-ordinated cash equivalents (must be periodically rebalanced). TQQQ It should never be. Two times as much money as it takes.
-
It's going to fall deep, go back to the height of 20 years, and catch up with the prototype fund for over 30 years. That's why retired people have to.. beta The principle of 1.0 is that the main objective is to reduce risks by retaining cash. It has to be balanced every year, or the market changes will be biased. beta It's too far, and capital movements are increasing.
-
To maintain the proportion you can afford, it is recommended that 10% double plus 10% cash is affordable.
-
Operate the fund while keeping at least 10% in cash, with Beta around 1 or 1.1. Retired friends should take this warning seriously: keep Beta within 1 and use part of the fund with cash-equivalent positions.
-
I didn't say yes, you could, because of the shock. You're gonna get dizzy, you're gonna have a heart burden, you're gonna puke.
Maybe not even the courage to rebalance.
-
QLD It is not possible to exceed 15 per cent of the capital. Better be only 10%. You can start with 5% and then slowly increase the area, so you can get used to high motion.
-
In America. QLD In retirement accounts, tax-free accounts, because you need to rebalance. The fund cannot be pledged.
-
It's an emergency fund, and it's a cash fund. Cash is what everyone wants.
-
I usually convert money from a Traditional IRA to a ROTH IRA every year. If the Traditional IRA balance is not large, the ROTH IRA is better. I do not want the Traditional IRA assets to grow too much, so I keep cash in the Traditional IRA.
-
Suppose the market went up. traditional IRA The value added is taxed. So I put it in cash. traditional IRA ♪ Try not to give in ♪ traditional IRA Increased assets) ROTH IRA The account uses the fund for all traditional IRA+ROTH IRA The capital. beta 1.0. I'll keep as much cash as I can. money market fund.
-
For example: PAL I borrowed $800,000. traditional IRA Keep a million in cash. ROTH IRA A million dollars. QLD.
A million in cash. Money market Interest generated, low PAL Interest on $800,000 borrowed. We'll have to sell it. PAL Interest, so interest on the part of cash. This is what I do. PAL Borrowing equals interest free.
-
Here, mine. Traditional IRA The assets are in. Money market It's a slow increase in accounts, it can save taxes, and it's a whole retirement account. beta 1.0 has not reduced performance either.
-
So you don't pay taxes and borrow money without interest. Investment performance is not at a discount. Count it all out. So let's not start with exclusionary funds. Financial instruments are working well. They're changing. Both (tax and interest). Two birds with one stone. I'm still a very small asset.
Someone used it. PAL Eighty thousand dollars. There will be an interest payment.
-
Here's another example:
-
Someone used it. PAL Eighty thousand dollars. There will be an interest payment.
-
Right here. ROTH IRA I bought $100,000. QLD
-
At the same time. traditional IRA None. traditional IRA It's not enough, it's still working. ROTH IRA Cash, same. Ten thousand dollars, cash, that's 100 thousand dollars. QLD Yes. beta 1.0.
And here's the cash. SWVXX money market The interest earned is paid off. PAL The interest to be paid on the loan of $80,000.
-
So, because I bought it. QLD I'll pay you more cash and invest. beta It's still 1.0. power More gold for interest. PAL Interest required for borrowing. This means borrowing is free of interest.
-
Nothing. PAL The stock is on deposit, it makes interest, it makes no profit.
So the risk of rebalancing over a year has increased.
-
It's been a long time since the fund was held. beta It is likely that the funds will increase significantly. beta Higher, higher risk, higher wave rate.
-
But when it's too frequent to rebalance, it's hard to see results, and it's often rebalanced and decapitated. beta If you don't grow, you'll get worse.
-
So the risk of rebalancing over a year has increased.
-
This is less than a year to balance, as it reduces the performance of the Fund.
-
It's best to rebalance the frequency once a year by emulation.
It's very important to balance again!
A 100% one-time allocation to a single holding is extremely risky.
You'll probably never see daylight.
It's very important to balance again!
It's important that the allocation of the funds be regulated and rebalancing at the beginning of the year.
It's important to balance again! Beta Getting close.
The maximum purpose of the Fund is to prepare cash flows and reduce risks. This is not about improving performance.
Invest with calm conviction.
