Our videos and all related content are non-profit, and we do not run any groups. If someone pulls you into a group, it is a scam.

We have taught for more than twenty years on a fully voluntary basis and have never earned a cent. Do not trust any paid investment advice.

Recently, YouTube has placed ads on our videos. That is outside our control. Even with ads, we have not enabled monetization and will not receive a cent. Please do not misunderstand if you see ads.

The videos, all content, and comment replies are investment education only. All information is shared from personal experience for reference only, and is not investment advice for individuals or institutions.

We are not professional investment advisors (Certified Financial Advisor/Planner). The video content and comments/sharing are for educational purposes only and are not investment advice; all investment decisions should be based on your own research rather than our videos or statements.

Investing is risky, and losses can be substantial.

If you cannot tolerate a temporary drawdown of more than 10% within one year, or a loss of more than 20% over several years, please do not invest. When a bubble bursts, a 70% decline is possible; pay attention to the safety of your cash flow.

Invest cautiously. Investors should understand investing before they begin. We recommend fully understanding our investment philosophy before investing.

We also welcome feedback from people who have followed most of our videos. But do not judge from fragments; hearing a few sentences does not mean you fully understand our investment philosophy.

We Have Kept All of Our Videos on YouTube Since 2018

  • We keep these videos available so everyone can learn investing in chronological order. Some guidance was appropriate at the time but is no longer suitable now; these are all learning materials.

  • Viewers should consider the market environment at the time when thinking about the video content. These are all materials for learning investing; viewers should think independently and use their own judgment.

  • In 2018, some of our investment suggestions included individual stocks and general funds. Those were good investment targets at the time and had strong returns. After the market reversed, from late 2021 to early 2022 we gradually recommended leaving individual stocks and general funds entirely and investing only in the QQQ index fund.

  • When watching older videos, pay attention to the conditions at that time. Individual stock analysis is only for learning reference. Past general funds and ARKK are no longer good investments and are not recommended; we only recommend the QQQ index fund.

  • We have pinned updated guidance in the comment sections of older videos: please use judgment when watching past content. You may ask questions about older videos. All videos remain available only for investment learning and reference, not as investment advice.

The Market Keeps Rising Over Time

Leaving the market is the greatest risk!

  • If you have the money, buy the US-Nustak 100 index fund immediately.

  • The U.S. Nasdaq 100 is a core asset.

  • Never sell, never sell, no capital gain, no tax.

  • If you have enough money, you can borrow it for life.

U.S. bonds, interest rates, and QQQ Are you related?

  • Please teach me.

  • U.S. bonds, interest rates, and QQQ Are you related?

  • The exchange rate is linked to the export. Then why is the exchange rate going around 27-32, why not 1:3 or something?

And using cash-flow discount models to calculate values, stocks were valued down because risk-free interest rates were raised.

  • U.S. bonds are related to the interest rate of the US Central Bank, which increases interest rates in the short term, and falls in debt.

  • For a year. T-Bill The interest rate of the Central Bank will be followed closely by the interest rate of the Central Bank, which will change at any time.

  • For 5 to 10 years. note ) and over a decade () Bond Longer-term interest rates are determined mainly by long-term inflation forecasts and market supply and demand, and the shorter the maturity date, the lower the central bank interest rate. The larger the maturity, the smaller the central bank interest, the greater the market supply and demand.

  • When central banks raise rates, QQQ is affected because some people move money into short-term bonds, Treasury money market funds, or CDs for the higher yield. This creates a crowding-out effect on the stock market.

  • Values were also calculated using a cash-flow discount model, as risk-free interest rates were raised and stock valuations declined.

  • The currency’s depreciation is short-term balanced by market-based supply and demand, and capital tends to flow from countries with interest rates on land and clothing to countries with high interest rates, although currency stability is also a determining factor in the flow of money.

  • But emerging countries like Taiwan are controlled by central banks, half by the market system, because, in addition to controlling inflation and unemployment, many of the emerging countries have made the export of their insurance industries a more important task, if currency overestimates exports that are unfavourable, and if currency underestimates cheap labor and investment. In order to protect exports, the currencies of the emerging countries are all undervalued.

  • Central banks in newer countries are much more difficult to work than the US Central Bank because It's easier to ride a small ship in the ocean, because the United States is a carrier, and there are factors that need no consideration, but the central banks of the newer countries have to think much more about than the US central bank, so the central banks of the newer countries have to be very careful, as they are, when they are running the financial minibus. This is the first time that money dealers in any new country have higher controls.

  • And then when central banks raise their interest rates, the market value of long-term bonds held by many financial institutions will fall. SVB The bank is closed. So when central banks raise interest rates to a certain degree, many financial institutions and insurance and finance industries will need to lower their prices or sell their assets, whether long-term bonds or stocks will be sold. That is why all central banks will fall when they raise interest rates too high. This is the biggest side effect that central banks will have on inflation.

  • The exchange rate has no effect on the currency salaries of the country. Foreign goods are simply not imported in Taiwan, and exchange rates are not directly related.

  • But if the exchange rate is 30 to 1, it's 60,000. The monthly income in exchange for US$ 2,000 is US$ 24,000 per annum, a low-income resident.

  • If the rate is three-to-one, 60,000 yuan a month, $240,000 a year, is as high as a senior American engineer or supervisor.

  • So a global wage comparison, based on US dollars, affects national dollar earnings and determines global wage rankings.

  • You've earned a lot of money. You're rich around the world. You're going abroad. The travel cost is $3,000 (World Hotel and Air ticket in US dollars). The rate is 30 to 1 and the trip costs 150,000 yuan. If the same travel takes place, the exchange rate will be 3 to 1 and it will cost only 15,000 yuan. A 15-day trip to Europe and the United States, at a different rate, for 150,000 yuan and 15,000 yuan. Is that a big difference?

  • That's where a country's rate of exchange affects people's income, so it's overrated. Value is a sign of cheap labor and resources.

It's absolutely consistent to invest only in the US-Nustak 100 fund. QQQ/00662

  • The best investment in Vietnam is the US, which I've been through several times. Every time they say Vietnam's good, Vietnam's good, then they fall, and we don't know if the finance experts buy it, he sells it and he won't tell you. A lot of financial experts say I sold you?

  • A lot of it's sex sales. They won't have no interest in the financial media. If there is no profit to be given to you to buy it, why should he? It is not his fault if he has no profit.

  • Never believe this. Vietnam is no more than a substitute, not to mention Taiwan, not to mention America. If Taiwan and Japan can't get out of US financial control, do you think other countries might?

  • It's absolutely consistent to invest only in the US-Nustak 100 fund. QQQ/00662

  • Watch out, watch out, watch out, don't get caught. In the world, there is no investment better than that of the United States for a long time, with the exception of the United States big disc.

All loans need to be free of stock dividends and any stock interest or monthly payments.

  • We do investment and everything in life, and it's usually simple that is the best solution, and it's often too complicated to go as far as the right path.

  • All loans need to be free of stock dividends and any stock interest or monthly payments.

  • It is only possible to pay off the cost of living and other stable income from their own salaries.

  • Because equity and equity prices are beyond control in the short term, the risk is very high if you rely on equity and stock appreciation to pay for the loan.

  • If you can use your own salary to deduct your living expenses and other steady-income loans, you can borrow more than you risk.

  • U.S. Nasdaq 100 funds QQQ/00662: unless there is another recommendation, other investments are unlikely to beat the long-term returns of QQQ/00662.

When the stock rose, it rose faster than the bonds. When they fell, the bonds fell faster than the stocks.

  • Stock markets and bonds are mostly up and down at the same time, or may not be relevant. And the bonds fell bigger than the stock market. So the stock balance in the past was not working.

  • In the past, most of the time the stock debt went up and down. As long as we find out that the stock balance is not working for a while, we can prove that it is not "real." It's logical. It's like predicting the market if it's not always right. If there is one, it's just a coincidence.

  • When the stock rose, it rose faster than the bonds. When they fell, the bonds fell faster than the stocks.

  • Stock shares are linked to the profits of companies. The price of debt bonds is related to negative central bank interest rates. Central bank interest is not entirely related to company operations.

  • So stock and bond prices are so far and so few, and are so much more related to negatives, so it is difficult to make sense to match stock and bond recognition.
