Excuse me, sir, in this example,
-
The annual cost of living is about 120,000.
-
Roth conversion is about 290,000-310,000 a year.
-
The annual tax is about 100,000.
-
It is necessary to borrow about 220,000 dollars annually from PAL for living expenses and taxes.
-
The annual budget is about 4 per cent of the total.
-
Under this condition, how should the allocation of assets be more appropriate?
Method one, transfer, withholding taxes!
-
Two ways!
-
Method one, transfer, withholding taxes!
-
Method two: QQQI can invest in part to get less than the cash flow.
-
100,000 in taxes, probably millions in QQQI.
-
Normally, the capital is in tax accounts, and we can count only after taxes, i.e. 70% of the tax accounts are in your retirement. (brokerage account is also an tax payable account, which can only be calculated in full unless it is a stock pledge that kills the asset.
-
For example, you have 3,000,000 taxable retirement accounts, and we should be counting only 2,100,000 if your other account has 2,000,000 of your total retirement assets, and your retirement expenses are 2 per cent of 4.1 million, not 2 per cent of 5,000,000.

Miss, do different banks choose to pay principal plus interest per month (2.5 per cent), or only interest per month (3.1 per cent), after 20 years?
If the principal can be repaid after 15 years, only interest!
-
If the principal is to be paid in less than 10 years, it'll be safer for us!
-
If in 10 years your assets are lost and your principal is repaid, you may have to kill the stock.
-
I also found two high dividends funds in the interior of China: one, 007751 (the Low Wave Index for Deep Dividend Growth in the Great Wall, category A), with an interest rate of about 8 per cent and a unit net growth rate of about 6 per cent per annum; and the other, 561580 (the Central Certificate Enterprise Dividend ETF) with a dividends rate of 7.6 per cent and a unit net growth rate of 8.21 per cent per annum.
-
With regard to cash products in the interior of China, I found a bond fund of 16,1115 (Effort-based bonds), the largest withdrawal in the last five years - 2.2 per cent, and an average annualization of 3.2 per cent in the last four years. See if you can replace the IMF.
Canada can mortgage stock. I know Canada's RBCprivate bank can, but it's at least a million plus... Currency
- Canada's RBC Bank has security baseLending.
I've been telling you that asset allocation won't determine your grades. Effect
-
It is the future of the market that determines the performance.
-
If the market keeps falling, the cash is low, low, good.
-
If the future of the market continues to rise, the cash is low, it's high, it's much better, it's good.
-
If the future market is falling and shaking, who knows if it's good or bad?
-
We don’t know anything about future markets, so we don’t know anything about the performance of asset allocation.
-
It's like predicting future market trends.
In order to meet the demand for retirement cash, we suggest a minimum of 15 times the annual cost!
-
For example, it takes 600,000 yuan a year, 60x15=9 million, and you need at least 9 million yuan to retire!
-
Ten years of annual spending QQQI, 60x10 = $6 million in investment QQQI, to earn cash from living.
-
For the remaining five years, 60x5 = 3 million can be done 70/30.
-
300 x 70% = 2.1 million invested 00662.
-
300x30% = $0.9 million in investment 00865B
-
The remaining five years of expenses can use a 433 or other allocation. This portion is opportunity money and does not move.
-
Or QQQI's cash flow mix with other asset allocations, which provide cash flow at the same time.
-
QQQI's cash flow is relatively stable, although stock prices tend to move with the market, but with little impact. We explained it in the past.
