How to View Bilibili Columns
-
Because many people are unfamiliar with Bilibili's column feature, they have been unable to view the teacher's posts normally. These instructions explain where to find them.
-
On a PC, open the home page. The first row is the column section, where the teacher's latest posts can be viewed directly.
-
On a phone, Bilibili fixes the first home-page tab. The second tab is the post column. You can also select submissions and find the column below. The text is preserved except for sensitive terms.

Buy Investable Money Immediately at the Market Price and Never Sell
Buy investable money immediately at the market price and never sell! Once you have bought, go to sleep.
Which word do you not understand?
Stop asking whether it is all right to buy this way or whether to buy in batches.
And do not say that you want to wait for a decline before buying. You are not God!
Waiting is the dumbest strategy!
Cancel and Surrender Every Insurance Policy Immediately, and Invest the Money Yourself
-
Cancel and surrender every insurance policy immediately, and invest the money yourself. Your assets will grow by four zeros over your lifetime. You take back 100,000 and it will become one billion over a lifetime! You can grow it into one billion or tens of billions yourself. Why let it rot at an insurance company?
-
Stop asking about policy loans! Do not borrow against an insurance policy. Doing so makes poverty even worse!
-
No insurance, no insurance, no insurance! Stay away from insurance and from friends who work as insurance brokers.
-
If you have insurance, immediately go to a nearby service counter and cancel it. There is no need to become entangled with your insurance broker!
You Do Not Need to Know Much About Investing; Do Not Ask the Following
-
Do not ask about individual stocks or other instruments I have not mentioned.
-
Do not ask when to buy or when to sell.
-
Do not ask when the market will fall or when it will rise.
-
Do not ask whether it will keep falling or how far it will fall.
-
Do not ask whether it will keep rising or how far it will rise.
-
Investing is not better because you understand more. If you have money, buy and never sell. That is the key point.

Every Asset Allocation Should Be Designed to Last a Lifetime
-
If you still have employment income, you naturally do not need to draw on investment assets. Once the investment period exceeds 15 years, the risk of permanent asset impairment falls substantially.
-
Even if you begin investing at age 65, you can reduce the risk of investing a lump sum at a market peak by continuously investing monthly income left over after pension needs instead of investing everything at once.
-
A lump sum invested at a market peak may take a long time to recover after a severe decline. Someone who invests monthly can buy relatively inexpensive assets during volatility and declines. Therefore, even when starting in one's sixties or seventies, continuously investing surplus monthly income and holding for more than five years substantially lowers the chance of a loss.
-
Someone already retired in their sixties or seventies who plans to invest a lump sum must use asset allocation. With an appropriate allocation and a reasonable withdrawal rate, retirement assets may still last a lifetime without excessive concern about a prolonged market decline.
Finding Mainland Chinese Exchange-Traded Nasdaq-100 Funds
-
Examples include 513100, 513300, 513110, 159632, 159501, 159513, 159660, 513390, and 513870. Jisilu allows direct comparisons of each fund's premium rate and trading volume, making it more practical than simply viewing prices.
-
Another option is Eastmoney's exchange-traded fund NAV data, which is more comprehensive. Jisilu is more convenient for filtering and comparing Nasdaq ETFs.
-
161130 and 160213 are exchange-traded LOFs, not ETFs. To compile all exchange-traded Nasdaq-100 funds, review ETFs and LOFs together but label the categories separately.
Nasdaq-100 Fund Examples
-
ETFs: 513100 Cathay Nasdaq-100 ETF, 513300 ChinaAMC Nasdaq-100 ETF, 513110 Huatai-PineBridge Nasdaq-100 ETF, 159632 HuaAn Nasdaq-100 ETF, and 159501 Harvest Nasdaq-100 ETF.
-
LOFs: 161130 E Fund Nasdaq-100 LOF and 160213 Cathay Nasdaq-100 LOF.
-
Although 161130 and 160213 can both be traded like stocks in a brokerage account, they are LOFs rather than ETFs.
-
When buying a Nasdaq-100 fund for the long term through a brokerage account, the practical experience is very similar: enter the ticker and buy directly.
Credit Loan and Asset Allocation Example Near Retirement
-
Someone approaching retirement with stable income and good credit may evaluate applying for a personal credit loan before retirement, but must ensure that sufficient cash flow remains after retirement to repay it.
-
Assume monthly living expenses of 100,000:
100,000 × 12 months = 1.2 million in annual expenses;1.2 million × 17 years = 20.4 million. Assets equal to 17 years of expenses, or 17 times annual expenses, are the minimum retirement threshold.
A 1.5 Million Credit Loan Before Retirement
-
Loan term: 7 years; annual interest rate: 4%; equal principal-and-interest payments: approximately 20,503 per month.
-
Total available funds after borrowing:
20.4 million + 1.5 million = 21.9 million.
Estimating Cash-Flow Needs Using 12 Years of Expenses
-
Monthly funding needs during the loan:
100,000 + 20,503 = 120,503. -
Estimate cash-flow needs using 12 years of expenses:
120,503 × 12 months × 12 years = 17.352432 million. -
Rounded to approximately 17.35 million, this amount could be invested in QQQI through a sub-brokerage arrangement as a retirement cash-flow asset.
QQQI, 00662, and 00865B Asset Allocation
-
Allocating 12 years of expenses to QQQI provides a safety margin against market declines, distribution volatility, and reduced distributions.
-
Remaining funds:
21.9 million - 17.35 million = 4.55 million. -
70%:
4.55 million × 70% = 3.185 million, invested in 00662, a Nasdaq-100 index ETF. -
30%:
4.55 million × 30% = 1.365 million, invested in 00865B, the Cathay U.S. Short-Term Treasury Bond ETF, as the low-volatility allocation.
Simple, Convenient, and Effective
-
"The reason I have great trouble is that I have a body. When I no longer have a body, what trouble could I have?"
-
The principle for everything, including investing, is the same: simple, convenient, and effective!
-
Overly complicated methods are usually not the best solutions!
-
Poverty and wealth are often separated by only a fine line. Keep investing in a Nasdaq-100 index fund for the long term and move step by step toward wealth!
