It is not easy to encounter our videos, and the ideas are difficult to explain in just a few words, so we can only use other channels. Books may be a relatively effective channel!

You can join the LINE groups in Taiwan. They are organizations developed privately by friends in Taiwan and have nothing to do with me personally. Be careful: the groups are complex. Do not casually believe investment philosophies that do not belong to CLEC or the other six categories of investment. They may be scams!
-
There are four groups.
-
Group One teaches buying.
-
Group Two teaches lending.
-
Group Three is the spiritual group and discusses spending money.
-
Group Four is the freedom group, where everyone begins making variations and discussing freely.
-
Ask them to add you to Groups One and Two; Group Four is also fine.

Over the long term, the market only rises

Investable money: buy immediately at the market price, and never sell! Once you have bought, go to sleep
Investable money: buy immediately at the market price, and never sell! Once you have bought, go to sleep.
Which word do you not understand?
Stop asking whether it is all right to buy this way or whether to buy in batches.
And do not say that you want to wait for a decline before buying. You are not God!
Waiting is the dumbest strategy!
Cancel and surrender every insurance policy immediately, and invest the money yourself
-
Cancel and surrender every insurance policy immediately, and invest the money yourself. Your assets will grow by four zeros over your lifetime. You take back 100,000 and it will become one billion over a lifetime! You can grow it into one billion or tens of billions yourself. Why let it rot at an insurance company?
-
Stop asking about policy loans! Do not borrow against an insurance policy. Doing so makes poverty even worse!
-
No insurance, no insurance, no insurance! Stay away from insurance and from friends who work as insurance brokers.
-
If you have insurance, immediately go to a nearby service counter and cancel it. There is no need to become entangled with your insurance broker!
You do not need to know much about investing; do not ask the following
-
Do not ask about individual stocks. Do not ask about other instruments I have not mentioned.
-
Do not ask when to buy. Do not ask when to sell.
-
Do not ask when the market will fall. Do not ask when it will rise.
-
Do not ask whether it will keep falling or how far it will fall.
-
Do not ask whether it will keep rising or how far it will rise.
-
Investing is not better because you understand more. If you have money, buy and never sell. That is the key point.

In 2021, most of our assets were fully invested in QQQ
-
In 2021, most of our assets were fully invested in QQQ, with almost no cash reserved. Adding leveraged funds at the time would therefore have greatly increased the overall investment risk. That is why we did not recommend leveraged funds at first!
-
Later, we began establishing the concept of asset allocation, retaining a certain proportion of cash to improve the safety of the overall portfolio. Only with a cash position as a buffer would we consider a moderate allocation to leveraged funds.
-
Even today, however, I still believe that a portfolio with no leveraged funds at all, using only QQQ and cash, can remain a sound choice. Its long-term performance may be slightly lower, but if the overall portfolio Beta can be maintained at about 0.7 to 0.8, it can still pursue steady asset growth with lower risk.
-
Simple asset allocation is often easier to sustain over the long term than a complex investment strategy and is also more likely to achieve the desired result.
Long-term investment profits are certain; the process is uncertain
-
Long-term investment profits are certain. The process is uncertain.
-
Ignore every kind of market analysis. Do not become greedy when prices rise or panic when they fall. Only then can you truly hold steadily for the long term.
-
Being ignorant of the market makes long-term investing more likely to succeed! The more you understand, the worse your performance!
-
Investing requires this mindset: "Only mediocrity attracts no envy; have the courage to be disliked; persist in doing what is right and do not argue with others; facts speak louder than words, and time will ultimately prove everything. Raise your mental energy; stability is the key to long-term victory."
The law of attraction: first imagine yourself wealthy
-
The law of attraction: first imagine yourself wealthy. Your thoughts will follow, and the direction of your attention and actions will gradually move toward that goal.
-
Wealthy people think about mansions, private aircraft, five-star hotels, blue skies, and clean white beaches. They focus on creating value rather than scarcity and fear.
The United States does not have enormous foreign exchange reserves
-
The United States does not have enormous foreign exchange reserves because the dollar itself is the world's main reserve currency. The United States can provide global liquidity by issuing dollars, while many other countries must export goods and work day and night to earn dollars.
-
Market volatility is a natural phenomenon in financial markets. There is no need to find a reason for every rise and fall, and short-term fluctuations should not cause you to trade frequently for price differences.
-
When market panic reaches an extreme, remain even calmer. A powerful rebound can occur at any moment. Missing the most important rebound days is often why long-term investment performance falls behind.
-
The real loss is being out of the market when it rises. Short-term losses will recover; the $100 QQQ no longer exists.
Someone will always say the market is too dangerous and QQQ is too high
-
Someone will always say the market is too dangerous and QQQ is too high. The market never lacks frightening claims and bearish analysis.
-
Only one thing truly made me wealthy: buying, holding, and never selling.
-
Do not touch investments you do not understand. Do not ask me about stocks or products I have not recommended. If you do not understand it yourself and still need to ask someone, do not do it. The simpler the investment, the easier it is to succeed over the long term.
-
I recommend following clec168 on X so it will be easier to receive notifications when new videos and information appear. You can also leave questions on X or Facebook, or email me directly.
Knowledge is power
-
Knowledge is power. Learning enough financial knowledge lets you recognize that everything outside is filled with demons and monsters.
-
Financial advisers deceive, deceive, deceive. A friend recently took out a real estate loan, and the adviser said the money could not be used for anything else and could only buy the adviser's financial products. Is that not a huge deception?
Young people should not rush to buy a home
-
Young people should not rush to buy a home. Real estate is an extremely risky asset: high risk and low liquidity.
-
If you lose your job or your income is interrupted and you cannot pay the mortgage, the home may face foreclosure.
-
Even if you hold the home successfully, unexpected problems may follow, including earthquakes, leaks, cracked walls, broken pipes, broken water heaters, and many kinds of repair expenses.
-
A home only becomes older and less suitable to live in as time passes.
-
Living quality may not be under your control either. You may encounter noise, bad neighbors, poor management, fallen trees, other accidents, or changes in the social environment. Once these problems occur, a home cannot be sold immediately like a stock and is often difficult to dispose of quickly.
For most young people, before their financial foundation is secure
-
For most young people whose financial foundation is not yet secure, it is better to accumulate assets and improve investing ability than to rush into decades of mortgage debt. Waiting until finances are sounder before deciding whether to buy usually provides more choices and greater flexibility.
-
When you have several billion in assets, spending one or two billion on a home as a consumer good is fine. You will not need to worry about having nowhere to live when you are older; your living environment will only improve.
-
If you are wealthy, a home is a consumer good. If one collapses, buy another. Buying a home is like buying slippers. With several billion in assets, borrowing one hundred million from a bank to buy a home does not use your own assets at all. Poverty limits your imagination!
-
The key is to make the right investments while you are young.
Except for older investors in Taiwan who have few assets
-
Older investors in Taiwan who have few assets and may find it difficult to rent after selling should consider keeping the home they already bought.
-
The principle for selling is that you always have enough assets to buy a home. Once a home is a consumer good rather than an investment to you, you can consider selling your property. Having no home gives you freedom in where you live, just as buying a car is consumption!
-
If you are over 50 and your assets have reached more than NT$60,000,000, buying a home is simple. If renting is still easy, rent and sell the property. At an age when renting becomes inconvenient, retirement options can include luxury hotels and senior communities. Several landlords have told me they will rent to someone with money; prepay one year's rent. Or wait until you are older and have more than one hundred million in assets, then consider buying a suitable home as a consumer good!
-
If you are still young, have decades before retirement, and can rent easily, do not buy a home. If you already own one, sell the real estate you now hold as soon as possible. In the future, when you have several billion in assets, buying a home will be as easy as buying slippers. That is life. In the future, real estate in many places may have no one living in it and may not even be rentable.
Young people should not buy a home
-
Young people should not buy a home!
-
A middle-aged person who is very wealthy does not need to own a home!
-
A middle-aged person with no money cannot own a home!
-
A middle-aged person with some money may own a home!
