Investment risks are high and losses may be high.

If you cannot bear the short-term loss of more than 10% during the year and the loss of more than 20% in a few years, then please do not invest. When the bubble comes, it is possible to drop 70%, so pay attention to current safety.

Investors must be cautious when investing. Investors must first understand investment before investing. It is recommended to fully understand our investment philosophy before starting to invest.

It is also recommended to have full follow some of our video contributors to give your opinion on our education. But don't make a fool of yourself, just listen to a few words and assume that you clearly understand our investment philosophy.

Happiness is a right. As we live in this world, whether we act for others or for ourselves, we should ultimately feel happy.

  • Wealth is a gift. Once you know you have this right, you can become wealthy. Gifts have to be pointed out; this channel exists to help everyone become wealthy and eliminate poverty.
  • Happiness is a right. As we live in this world, whether we act for others or for ourselves, we should ultimately feel happy.
  • What is your most important goal, and what is the greatest contribution you can make to humanity?
  • When you have US$100 million, what is your goal? Would it be different?
  • Our courses are meant to teach you to become wealthy beyond US$100 million, and to be happy.
  • "Wealth is a gift; happiness is a right!"

What is the difference between capitalists and workers? What is the difference between landlords and tenant farmers?

Capitalists and Workers

  • What is the difference between capitalists and workers? What is the difference between landlords and tenant farmers?
  • Work is service, not something done only for money. Labor alone cannot earn much.
  • You are truly rich only if you make money without working or spending time making money.
  • "Wealth is a gift!" It is the best gift that capitalism has given us. After this class you will truly understand that you are rich.
  • Capitalists gain freedom and complete their mission; money is only a tool for that mission.
  • Successful capitalists do not lack money. Correct financial management brings capitalists happiness, joy, and wealth. If the direction is right, success is only a matter of time.
  • Workers go nine to five, eat poorly, sleep poorly, have little money to spend, pay piles of taxes, and pay piles of loans. What happens to family and children?
  • Make money work hard. That is what wealthy capitalists do: happy work, happy life.

The Worker's Rat Cage: Are You Here Helping the Boss Make Money?

Exchanging life for money

Working desperately to earn money for the country, begging for raises, and paying taxes

Earn money, repay bank loans, buy houses and material comforts, and waste resources.

The key to wealth is to go beyond the rat cage: increase and store mental energy through learning; live simply; let investments grow money energy; earn money by serving society and raising collective mental energy; save enough to meet basic material needs; and let the market help money make money.

Friends who have invested all their money in the stock market should be aware that the market decline may cause you to live in difficulty.

  • If you are working, please keep emergency preparedness for about half a year.

  • For those who have retired, we recommend setting aside three years of living expenses, and the rest can be invested in the index fund QQQ (Taiwan: 00662).

  • If you are worried about the market falling, please leave the market. You don’t need to listen anymore. Investment is not what you should do. If you have money, put it in a fixed deposit. You must avoid bankruptcy, not wealth.

Born with gold, use gold with a heart of gold

Who cannot invest?

  • If you cannot bear the market decline, please leave the market and do not enter the stock market.

  • Funds needed in the short term cannot be invested.

  • Index funds are very safe compared to other investments. If you can't afford even the Nasdaq 100 index fund, then you should avoid all investments. You can only put your money in fixed deposits. Any investment is risky for you and is close to fraud.

  • Because you don’t understand, if you invest in something you don’t understand, you will be defrauded.

Don’t even listen to our advice and run away to bank, and be caught by the financial experts to invest in other products.

  • The investment recommended by our channel is the Nasdaq 100 Index Fund QQQ and the local ETF issued by this base in each country.

  • Do not listen to any financial products recommended by any financial consultant, including the Charles Schwab financial consultant I introduced. They will help you open it, but do not fully accept the Charles Schwab ETF and any financial products they recommend.

  • Don't even listen to our advice and run away to bank, and be caught by financial experts to invest in other commodities.

  • The best long-term performers in the world are the Nasdaq 100 Index Fund and the S&P 500 Index Fund. Except for the above two index funds, other individual stocks, funds, and financial products should be avoided. They are obstacles to successful investing and wealth building.

Now CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF Fund 〈00864B.TW〉

  • We would only recommend 100% investment in the world's best US Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • Buy QQQ in the United States; those with small funds can buy QQQM and invest in money market SWVXX now or invest in short-term T-bill ETFs: BIL, SGOV,

  • For investors in Taiwan, we only recommend Fubon NASDAQ 00662, which is great. You can also buy securities dealers with regular fixed quotas of 00662.

  • In Hong Kong: HKD 3086; USD 9086; ETF 2834 (HKD)/9834 (USD)

  • In Canada, it is still recommended to exchange U.S. dollars to directly buy QQQ or invest in Canadian dollars QQC.TO/ETF HXQ.TO

  • Friends in Australia recommend buying NDQ locally;

  • Friends in the UK recommend investing in iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L) priced in the US; friends in Europe can buy EQQQ * CSPX.L (I share the performance closest to SPY) (it is recommended to invest in this)

  • In Pakistan, the recently launched Nasdaq index fund is NASD11.

  • In Japan, you can buy 2568/1545/2631

  • In Malaysia and Singapore, investors can open a Phillip Securities POEMS Cash Plus trading account online or at a branch, and buy U.S. QQQ directly on the platform.

  • In Korea QQQ ETF is 368590.KS) (133690.KS) (367380.KS)

You don’t need to know a lot about investing, don’t ask about the following

  • Don't ask about individual stocks.

  • Don't ask when to buy? Don't ask when to sell?

  • Don't ask when will it fall? Don’t ask when will it rise?

  • Don’t ask, will it still fall? Don't ask where it will fall?

  • Don’t ask, will it still rise? Don't ask where it will rise?

  • Investing is not about knowing more, the better. Understanding the key is the key.

[If you have money, buy the U.S. Nasdaq 100 Index Fund as soon as possible, and treat the U.S. Nasdaq 100 Index Fund as a fixed asset. You will never sell it. If you don’t sell it, there will be no capital gains and no taxes. When you have enough capital, you can borrow against stock pledges. If you don’t have to repay the borrowed money, you will never have to pay it back. 】

  • hear, know, understand, believe,

  • Perseverance, firm belief, patience, faith.

Buy as soon as you have money, and keep holding the U.S. Nasdaq 100 index fund.

The market will always rise

  • Investing in the U.S. Nasdaq Index means believing in technology, the United States, and science. Live and die with the United States and its kind.

  • There will be profits in the long term, but it does not mean that there will be no losses in the short term. Six feet deep will drown in an average of two feet.

  • Any point will be a low point in the future. But you will still go bankrupt in the market, because a short-term market drop will make you fall into a bottomless abyss. The magnitude of the drop is unimaginable, so if you still do financing, you will definitely go bankrupt.

  • Investors must do a good job in risk control so that they can survive when the market drops by 80%.

Buying when you have money is the best way to buy

If you have money, buy it.

Four-year and twenty-five-year compounding examples

00451 The first lesson of 2024: Investing in Life Handout - figure 27-1: Four-year and twenty-five-year compounding examples 00451 The first lesson of 2024: Investing in Life Handout - figure 27-2: Four-year and twenty-five-year compounding examples

How much money is needed to invest in an index fund to retire?

  • The answer we give is the current assets of "annual living expenses (including tax) multiplied by 33".

  • For example, friends who need 10,000 US dollars per year in the United States need to invest $3.3 million in the US index.

  • Friends from Taiwan, if you need NT$100,000 per year, multiply it by NT$1.2 million per year, which means you need to prepare nearly NT$40 million before you can retire.

  • Those who have retired should set aside three years of emergency reserves. The risk for retirees is that the market will fall. If they have emergency reserves, they will not panic when the market falls.

  • Friends who are still doing business, you can buy at low prices when the market falls. It is an opportunity, not a risk. Set aside half a year's worth of emergency supplies for emergencies when you lose your job.

As long as you understand that the market can cut in half at any time and then cut in half again, in the future

Where will the living expenses for three or four years come from? If you think like this from time to time, you will know whether you are taking too much risk in the market.

  • If you cannot bear the risk, you must reduce your investment position and accept lower returns.

  • It’s okay to suffer even a little loss, just don’t invest and leave the market completely and just put your current money in a fixed deposit. No need to go bankrupt to get rich. It is speculation that leads to bankruptcy.

Current flow and risk control are the most important tasks for index investors.

  • Index investors are definitely not stock price managers, let alone individual stock managers.

  • Long-term US index investors, never react to stock prices.

  • For long-term index investors, any selling is a mistake (it is unbearable to lose your position), and any buying is correct.

  • Operation is a sin!

Industrial metal

Learn from Buffett’s value investing and eventually become a short-term operator

  • Buffett is a long-term value investment. Value investors will buy when the stock price is far below the value and sell when the company's business model changes.

  • Buffett values business models far more than the relationship between value and price. You will never see Buffett sell Co-Cola because the price of Co-Cola is higher than its value. In other words, Buffett will not dance with the stock price.

  • Although, value investors will buy and sell based on changes between stock price and value. Because stock price fluctuations are random, general investors will frequently enter and exit with irrational fluctuations in stock prices. Many value investors have also become short-term operators.

  • Generally learn from Buffett's value investing, and eventually become a short-term operator.

And the one who speaks gold is the same as the one who speaks well.

Long-term U.S. index fundd investors, not value investors

  • Long-term U.S. index investors, buying the U.S. and investment categories, we coexist with the U.S. and categories.

  • If investors bought stocks yesterday thinking that the class would become more and more prosperous and suddenly sold stocks today thinking that the class might perish, that would be a bit exaggerated.

  • Buffett generally does not have the ability to see the business model, and he can only buy U.S. index funds as long-term investors and never sell them.

There are only two kinds of people in the world, one is poor and the other is rich. different fate

  • If you know our long-term U.S. Nasdaq 100 index investment formula and follow it accurately, you will become rich; if you don't know, you will only be poor.

  • To put it more deeply, it is information asymmetry that creates the difference between the poor and the rich. (Correct information must also be interpreted correctly. With so many investors, only a few truly win.)

  • Our financial information is to change more people in the future and become rich. Eradicate poverty. The family is not trapped by money (wealth is a gift.)

Square people, people, people, people, people, people, people, people, people, people, people, pedestrians

How to buy U.S. index fund? Single transaction in batches

  • How to buy is not the key, never selling is the key.

  • The best way to buy is to buy immediately and at market price when you have money.

Wealth is the gift of correct investment coupled with waiting and patience.

What is not a good investment?

  • Insurance is not an investment

  • House is not a good investment (it is difficult to cash in, you have to pay taxes every year, it gets older the longer you live in it, it is difficult to maintain, the return is not as good as the stock index, it cannot provide retirement cash flow, you cannot get a loan if you retire, and you have to pay taxes on selling a house in the United States during retirement).

  • Long-term bonds, real estate securities, etc. are not good investments.

  • A really good investment is the U.S. Nasdaq 100 Index. None of the others.

  • Short-term currency bases are current ports of call, not investments.
