CLEC does not have a discussion group, we do not authorize anyone to do anything
- We have no way of knowing the composition and purpose of any group, and it is easy for people to infiltrate it.
The investments we recommend are mainly Nasdaq 100 Index Fund QQQ and local ETFs issued by various countries.
-
Do not rely solely on the advice of financial consultants, including Charles Schwab financial consultant. They can assist in opening an account, but it is not recommended to fully adopt the ETFs or other financial products they propose.
-
Over the long term, the Nasdaq 100 Index Fund and the S&P 500 Index Fund are the best-performing investments. Other than this, individual stocks, funds, and financial products are usually not conducive to investment success and should be avoided.
We recommend investing 100% in Nasdaq 100 Index Funds
-
In the United States: It is recommended to buy QQQ or QQQM if you have small funds. If you have cash, you can invest in money market SWVXX or short-term T-bill ETFs BIL and SGOV.

-
Chinese investors: It is recommended to invest in 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660.

Hello teacher, I would like to remind you of the risks encountered in the practical operation of pledging new loans and repaying old ones in Taiwan. During the decline process, if the pledge expires in one and a half years, when the amount of the pledge is greater than 60% of the pledged assets, the securities firm will require the asset to be increased to 1.67 times of the pledge before the contract can be renewed. Otherwise, you have to sell the shares and repay part of the money until the proportion is met, and then the contract can be renewed.
-
Pledgers in Taiwan are reminded to ensure that the pledged loan amount is less than 60% of the pledged assets before renewing the contract. This is not just a matter of maintenance rate. This restricts Taiwan's pledge operation, which makes it very difficult and the risk is quite high.
-
The market is beyond our control, so investors in Taiwan must simulate and choose an asset allocation plan that can maintain a rate of over 167%. This is especially true before renewing the contract, but it is very difficult to control. We have no income after retirement and we have to borrow money from assets for expenses. It is relatively difficult to maintain a 167% maintenance rate forever, because market fluctuations are beyond our control.
-
Therefore, Taiwanese investors must be very conservative with their pledges, or they must have a fund bank (such as credit loans or house fixed assets that can be mortgaged to raise huge emergency funds in a short period of time.) They must have the ability to top up the deposit in an emergency.
All of the above can maintain a maintenance rate higher than 167% in the worst market conditions
-
It is recommended that our asset allocation can maintain a ratio slightly higher than 167% under the worst market conditions, which is relatively safe.

Taiwan’s dividends will have some tax issues that need to be considered.

Teacher: I have recently been thinking about 80% of QQQ and 20% of 0056 after retirement. (The interest distribution of 0056 can fully cover my one-year expenses). Keep the cash for 2 years. Don’t use it for the pledged account. Use it as a reservoir for adjustment or emergency dispatch) I don’t know if it is feasible. Thank you, teacher.
-
If the 20% 0056 dividend can meet your expenses. The remaining 80% can be used in situation four (5.8 times) or situation five (5.82 times), and the return may be higher.
-
Investment friends in Taiwan (investing friends in the United States who have no pledges can also consider this method). If 2% of your assets can originally provide your annual expenses, you can also use 50% of 0056 (SPHD) dividends to meet your expenses. The return for the other 50% may be higher if the situation is one of four (5.8 times) or one of five (5.82 times). (This method is not suitable for American investors. Because in addition to tax on dividends, the capital gains tax is also very high, so American investors need to consider tax issues.)

100% QQQ rose 2.82x during our simulation period.

Hello teacher, if you change it to: 30,000 yuan per month can be enlarged into 3 million as a credit, and then pledge 20% to buy it, the initial capital is 3.6 million, 12% annual growth, 15 years later, when you are 60 years old, you will have nearly 20 million, is it better? But considering financial intelligence and risk control... it may be worse.
-
The market dropped 80% and it went bankrupt!
-
Remember to always simulate interest rates rising to the sky and stock prices falling to zero. You still have funds that can live for more than ten years. This is a safe asset allocation and investment strategy.

Please watch our April 4, 2024 video number 00005 special asset allocation summary April 4, 2024 CLEC Investment and Financial Management Channel https://youtu.be/w4JjPypnUts?si=vfClhjzt0Yp-fWmH
Don’t touch insurance, unscrupulous insurance brokers are like drivers of fraud syndicates
-
I recently thought about the issue of asset inheritance. Assume that the future heir will have to pay an inheritance tax of 5 million (estimated at US$180,000) because he wants to inherit my property. However, if the heir (who is young) does not have the cash to pay the inheritance tax, the inheritance cannot be transferred.
-
Recently, someone suggested that you should reserve tax sources in advance. You can use insurance (USD interest life insurance). You choose US dollars because the leverage ratio is relatively high, and the insured amount is US$180,000. This way, if you accidentally leave, at least the beneficiary (heir) can use the insurance money to pay the inheritance tax.
-
I want to say that planning teachers like this are okay? I don’t want to take this insurance back for my own use, but I want to reserve inheritance tax resources for my children so that they can quickly have a sum of money to pay taxes and inherit after my death without any burden, but this will reduce the amount of money I invested in ETFs. I don’t know what suggestions the teacher has?
How to inherit if you don’t have money to pay inheritance tax - Google Search
-
Never listen to nonsense from insurance companies and insurance brokers. It doesn’t mean that you can’t inherit if you don’t have the money to pay inheritance tax. Children can inherit first and then pay inheritance tax. The IRS has stated that as long as you sign a certificate guaranteeing payment of inheritance tax, you can inherit and then pay inheritance tax.
-
These unscrupulous insurance brokers are no different from fraud syndicates. They are openly lying. Defrauding people and deceiving the elderly. The inspection unit should investigate these fraud groups as fraud cases, and should directly arrest and imprison all unscrupulous insurance companies and unscrupulous insurance brokers. In the future, if something like this happens, you can record it and ask the insurance agent to continue talking. If you tell the truth, I will record it. If you tell the truth, you are not afraid of being recorded. Let’s see if he dares to continue talking.
-
Please see the following information and links to the information: "If the inheritance tax has not been paid in full, and if people have no money to pay the inheritance tax, is it feasible to sell part of the inheritance first and then cash out to pay the tax?" The IRS stated that if you want to sell part of your estate to pay taxes, you can apply to the IRS for a guarantee to issue a certificate of consent to transfer, and you can dispose of part of your estate first. 』

Even if your child is under age, you can help her open an account and invest. "For minors over 7 years old and under 18 years old, both legal representatives and the minor need to be present together to open an account. The account opening documents also need to be signed by the minor."
-
This information has become common knowledge on the Internet. It is really abominable that unscrupulous insurance brokers still use this common sense to defraud ordinary people.
-
You can help your child open an account and invest even if he or she is not yet of age. "For minors over 7 years old and under 18 years old, both legal representatives and the minor must be present together to open an account. The account opening documents also need to be signed by the minor."
-
Many friends help children open accounts and invest, so you can help children open securities accounts to invest 00662. You would rather put the premium money to be paid into the child's account as a gift than listen to the words of the insurance fraud group.
-
After investing for your child, he will have money to pay inheritance tax. Don’t worry, this insurance company’s words are really powerful, don’t be deceived by them.

- It is very important to "set financial management goals" when you get your first salary out of society. After deducting the monthly fixed investment amount, you will have the money you can spend. If you don't have financial management goals, you will spend money randomly, otherwise you will be deceived by financial practitioners into buying savings insurance and insurance. To accumulate valuable assets from a young age, there is no miracle in financial management, it can only be accumulated over time.
