New friends, please watch the following videos on our channel first.

Investing blindly without learning is dangerous

  • Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:

  • The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.

  • Asking questions after watching the video is the most effective way to learn.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything

  • We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups are easily infiltrated by bad actors.

Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq-100 index fund QQQ and corresponding local ETFs issued in each country

  • Do not blindly trust financial advisers, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they propose.

  • Over the long run, the Nasdaq-100 index fund and the S&P 500 index fund have been the best-performing investments. Individual stocks, other funds, and wealth-management products usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in the Nasdaq-100 index fund

  • In the U.S.: buy QQQ, or QQQM when capital is limited. Cash can be invested in money market fund SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs BIL and SGOV.

  • Taiwan investors: Fubon Nasdaq 00662 is recommended. Cash can be invested in CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF Fund (00864B.TW).

  • China investors: 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660 are suggested.

  • Hong Kong investors: HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (Hong Kong dollar)/9834 (US$).

  • Canada investors: convert to U.S. dollars and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).

  • Australian investors: recommend NDQ purchases.

  • UK investors: iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L), denominated in USD, is recommended. In Europe, EQQQ and CSPX.L are recommended.

  • Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.

  • Japanese investors: Option 2568/1545/2631.

  • Malaysia and Singapore citizens can buy U.S. QQQ through Phillip Securities' POEMS Cash Plus trading account.

  • Korea: QQQ ETF recommended 368590. KS/133690. KS/367380. KS.

Since 2018, we've kept all the videos on YouTube for investment in time.

  • The video reflects the market situation and the right investment decisions, but with time, some strategies may no longer be appropriate, and these are valuable learning resources.

  • The viewers should be able to think about the content of the film in conjunction with the market and develop their own thinking and judgement skills.

  • Some of our early investment proposals included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment options at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.

Investors are always extremely optimistic!

The investors will always be in the sun!

The market will finally rise!

Practical exercise and Q&A for the simple investing method, 20250119

00500 January 25, 2025 - figure 17-2: Practical exercise and Q&A for the simple investing method, 20250119

The mortgage is 2% of the initial amount per year, i.e., 50 times the annual cost of the pension.

  • For example, Taiwan spent 2% of its $30 million pension per year, or 600,000 yuan a year.

If assets are in a rising period, expenses can increase; how much more can be used each year?

  • After five years, the bank owes $3.22 million in mortgages.

  • After five years, shares rose to 50 million, or 5,000, and 3.22 million mortgages were cut, leaving 46.7 million of your net assets.

  • The annual spending has been adjusted to a new clean capital of 4678, 2% of which is 930,000.

  • But because of the annual interest expenditure (or the increase in arrears), the year's expenditure will be reduced by the new increase of $3.22 million in arrears, and 3 % of the year's interest arrears will be around $100,000.

  • So the real increase in borrowing life per year is 930,000 less, or 830,000.

If the market falls after five years, you don't have to cut your annual expenses, or borrow 600,000 yuan a year.

  • When your net assets are less than the initial 30,000,000, you can still spend 2 % of the original 30,000,000, that is, you can still borrow $600,000 a year, $50,000 a month.

  • Our asset allocation is to make sure that you don't lose the market, but you can raise your expenses if the market rises in a few years.

  • It's about annual spending, because your assets are up, but not because your assets are down, you have to lower your annual spending and your life standards.

If you retire, you don't pledge, you don't have to put your assets in a fund.

  • Only 80% 00662(QQQ) 20% 00864B (BOXX).

  • In rising years, rules-based rebalancing is fine; in falling years, do not rebalance.

  • A fall in the market can increase the cost of living without a reduction in the cost of living, and an increase in the amount of capital on the market can increase the cost of living.

  • For example, at the beginning of the 30 million, 2 % per year would be 600,000.

  • Five years later, the market rose to 45 million, and the cost of living could be adjusted from 600,000 to 2 % of 45 million, or 0.9 million.

  • If the next market drops from 45 million to 30 million, it can still sustain 900,000.

  • This is how our cost of living can be raised by an increase in assets, but not by a reduction in assets.

Our simulations are about 30 million dollars at the top of the market at the beginning of retirement. 2% of 3 million a year is 600,000 a year.

Assets after the rise: 45 million

The initial 3,000 has fallen to 30,000.

The 45 million dollars that have gone up, just like the 45 million dollars that went up at the top of the retirement market at the beginning of the year, could be 2 % of the 2 % that went up to retirement every year.

  • Retirement does not earn 80%,00662 (QQQ) 20%,00864B (BOXX). This asset allocation, no pledge. Every year, you can rebalance.

In rising years, rules-based rebalancing is fine; in falling years, do not rebalance

  • Retirement does not earn 80%,00662 (QQQ) 20%,00864B (BOXX). This is the kind of asset allocation that is balanced every year if it's a pledge. There will be problems.

  • Such a distribution of assets, if pledged, would not allow cash to be put on the market in years of decline. (Because you've been down for 10 years, you've been borrowing more than 20% of your original capital, plus a 10% drop in 00662, you've run out of rebalancing cash and less than 20% of your total assets, and you're broke.

  • The upswing can be rules-based rebalancing, the downsliding can be unbalanced.

  • It's not like the money is going to go in.

@eggshell-Belinda

  • Hello, teacher.

  • The South Earthquake, which happened to be home in Nancy, and to be a disaster victim, and the brothers who happened to be CLEC with us, made us realize that the house was really not the best asset, but that it was still very grateful, that people were fine, that the countryside were mostly just property, that everyone was safe; and that it reinforced our investment philosophy, that you were the one who took us on the right path to invest.

  • The house is really a very risky asset, and I just can't figure out why everyone has to put so much of it in a very bad, very risky asset.

  • People don't think their houses will fall, fires will fall, floods will leak. I still don't get it.

In Germany, stock pledging is available through brokers that offer Depotkredit, such as finanzen-

  • Zero provided an open-ended loan with different amounts depending on the account, at different interest rates of about 6 % up or down and once in March. All-digital access, matching data, for reference and communication with friends in Germany.

  • German brokers. I'm using 1.

  • Finazen, net Zero, recently opened an account, where the handling and quality of the pledge are still being explored, offering reference to German or European friends who need it, and looking forward to an exchange of experiences.

Since 2018, we have kept all our videos on YouTube so everyone can learn investing in chronological order

  • You know, when the legacy IRA became, the heirs had to withdraw all the money in 10 years and all the value added of the assets was taxed.

  • All and all of your assets will be taxed in 10 years, your inheritance and the value added in 10 years will be the same as your inheritance tax exemption, without cost step up because your heirs are 100% taxable.

  • Because of the traditional pre-tax retirement accounts, you don't have any taxes on your capital, and your value added part of your capital becomes a legacy, and more than half of it is taxed.

Do you think it's possible to save $50 million in taxes by moving to Roth and not to RMD?

  • And when RoTH accounts become legacy accounts, there's a decade to complete, and all value added is tax-free, so don't transfer your children to their accounts until the last day of 10 years.

  • You said you'd wait for RMD and then slowly turn to Brokerage account, you know, 65 million, you'd reach 70, 80 million by the time you're 80, and RMD is gonna need more than 2 million a year. If you're 100 years old, your assets come up to almost 100 million, RMD takes out a second of the account every year, and by that time, you'll probably have the highest tax rate of 5 million a year.

  • Do you think it's possible to save $50 million in taxes by moving to Roth and not to RMD?

The value of life lies in learning and thinking!

  • It's definitely not money and work.

  • But everyone has turned their purpose against their tools!

  • Most people use the tools of life (money and work) as an adult.

  • I don't know what my life is!
