Investing blindly without learning is dangerous
-
Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:
-
The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.
-
Asking questions after watching the video is the most effective way to learn.
CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything
- We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups are easily infiltrated by bad actors.
Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq-100 index fund QQQ and corresponding local ETFs issued in each country
-
Do not blindly trust financial advisers, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they propose.
-
Over the long run, the Nasdaq-100 index fund and the S&P 500 index fund have been the best-performing investments. Individual stocks, other funds, and wealth-management products usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.
We recommend investing 100% in the Nasdaq-100 index fund
-
In the U.S.: buy QQQ, or QQQM when capital is limited. Cash can be invested in money market fund SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs BIL and SGOV.
-
Taiwan investors: Fubon Nasdaq 00662 is recommended. Cash can be invested in CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF Fund (00864B.TW).
-
China investors: 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660 are suggested.
-
Hong Kong investors: HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (Hong Kong dollar)/9834 (US$).
-
Canada investors: convert to U.S. dollars and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).
-
Australian investors: recommend NDQ purchases.
-
UK investors: iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L), denominated in USD, is recommended. In Europe, EQQQ and CSPX.L are recommended for the SP500 index fund.
-
Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.
-
Japanese investors: Option 2568/1545/2631.
-
Malaysia and Singapore citizens can buy U.S. QQQ through Phillip Securities' POEMS Cash Plus trading account.
-
Korea: QQQ ETF recommended 368590. KS/133690. KS/367380. KS.
Since 2018, we have kept all our videos on YouTube so everyone can learn investing in chronological order
Since 2018, we've kept all the videos on YouTube for investment in time.
-
The video reflects the market situation and the right investment decisions, but with time, some strategies may no longer be appropriate, and these are valuable learning resources.
-
The viewers should be able to think about the content of the film in conjunction with the market and develop their own thinking and judgement skills.
-
Some of our early investment proposals included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment options at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.

Thank you for selflessly sharing the wisdom of asset allocation
-
I've seen interest on the books these past few days, and I've really felt that even interest on Tesla can be paid by 00864B. It's really moving.
-
However, when I looked back at the asset allocation strategy of the "Custodial Loan Auto-Drive", I found a problem:
-
If the 30% smart configuration (i.e. 38/42/20) is used from 2000 to 2021, Beta will rise to 1.22, which represents the growth of the capital. But at this point, if you borrow again on the basis of "two percent of the clean capital" to improve the quality of life, then the market will repeat the period between the height of 2000 and the financial shock of 2008, when the sustainability rate drops to 140 percent, causing the explosion.
-
So I'd like to ask the teacher:
-
Should it be necessary to re-borrow the 2% of a clean asset after the increase, or should it be necessary to evaluate the beta value? If Beta exceeds 1.2, should it be replaced by a more robust 433 configuration? Or should it simply reduce the ratio of borrowing to ensure security?
In other words, when assets double by 2.5, it's the best time you're starting to think about improving your quality of life.
-
In November 2021, Beta came to 1.24, assuming a total of $1 million.
-
The capital was organized as follows:
-
Total assets: 4,612,362
-
Clean value: 3,828,301
-
Mortgage lending: -784,061 (17 % of assets)
-
The distribution is:
-
QQQ: 1,522,455 (33%)
-
QLD: 2,109,943 (45%)
-
Cash: 979,963 (22 %)
-
If you want to borrow further to improve the quality of life after the increase in capital, I suggest that when the mortgage is more than 10%, but not more than 20%, you do not have to adjust to 433, but you can use 0.8 % (about 36,898), instead of 2 % (about 92,247) of the loan.
-
This way, even if the market were to fall again, as it did in 2000 and 2009, it would make sure that you kept up with enough to keep you from blowing up.
-
To put it simply: after an asset has grown more than 2.5 times, 0.8% of the asset is borrowed, more than 2% of the original asset was used.
-
In other words, it's the best time for you to start thinking about improving your quality of life when you double your assets by more than 2.5 times.
Why should people with high-value pre-tax retirement accounts retire early?

Hello, teacher!

I'm supposed to be one of the more aggressive students. As I mentioned earlier, I signed a new treaty last month to cover the old treaty and not pay back, asking whether the farmers could increase their loans, and saying it was okay. I couldn't wait to sign a new contract today, covering last month's contract.

The teacher left a message saying, "Knowing finance, running finance, facilitating communication. Finance is me, I am finance!" That's what I'm trying to do.

Under the teacher's guidance, I was one step closer to 00451. Sharing 00451 with new students is definitely not a brush.

Thank you, sir.

My understanding of borrowing is that if I give it back to the bank, it will affect the bank's internal interests.
-
For the upper echelons of the bank, I deposit money in the bank, which is a debt to them; but if I borrow money from the bank, then for the bank, I become their asset, or even a "worker," because the bank can charge interest through me.
-
For the bank’s base workers, they are under pressure to pay off their credit, and if I pay off the loan at once, it will affect their performance, and for them, it is best for me to borrow more. As long as I pay back on time and don't turn into a fool, they can pay the supervisor.
-
Thus, if I can reach the annual rate of 14%, when assets accumulate to a certain scale, I can use it to pledge to the bank only the necessary living expenses. In this way, the bank's interest comes from the money it lent me, in other words, the bank won't make half of it.
-
As long as I have steady annualized earnings and cash flow controls, I can win the bank's lending rate. And when I grow into a certain size, I will be like my mother's rich friend, and I will be able to get through the big end, even to the bank manager's presence at the door, and I will be invited to the VIP room, and I will be passionately told, "Your coffee is ready, your favorite taste!"
The bank still makes money from you through the interest spread
-
That's good. That's right.
-
The bank still earns money from you. It's a spread.
-
The difference is that people who don’t know how to invest, put the money on demand or deposit, and the bank pays less than 1% of the cost (interest is the cost of money), lends you 3%, and the difference between 2% is the profit of the bank’s empty gloves.
-
Business banks are the turning point of transferring the money of the poor to the rich for investment. That's capitalism. The poorer the poorer the richer.
