New friends, please watch the following videos from our channel first.

Investing blindly without learning is dangerous

  • Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:

  • The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.

  • Asking questions after watching the videos is the most effective way to learn.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything.

  • We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups can easily be infiltrated by bad actors.

Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq 100 index fund QQQ and the corresponding local ETFs issued in each country.

  • Do not fully trust financial advisors, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they suggest.

  • Over the long run, Nasdaq 100 index funds and S&P 500 index funds have the best performance. Individual stocks, funds, and other financial products outside these categories usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in a Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • In the United States: buy QQQ, or QQQM if you have less capital. Cash can go into Money market SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs such as BIL, SGOV, and BOXX.

  • Taiwan investors: consider Fubon NASDAQ 00662; for cash, use CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF (008645B.TW).

  • China investors: consider 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660.

  • Hong Kong investors: choose HKD 3086, USD 9086, or ETF 2834 (HKD)/9834 (USD).

  • Canada investors: exchange into USD and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).

  • Australia investors: consider buying NDQ.

  • UK investors: consider the USD-denominated iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L); in Europe, consider EQQQ and the SP500 index fund CSPX.L.

  • Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.

  • Japan investors: choose 2568/1545/2631.

  • Malaysian and Singaporean citizens: buy U.S. QQQ through a POEMS Cash Plus trading account.

  • Korea: recommended QQQ ETFs include 368590.KS/133690.KS/367380.KS.

The best investment is the Nasdaq 100 index fund

Since 2018, we have kept all videos on YouTube so everyone can study investing in chronological order.

  • The videos reflect the market conditions and appropriate investment decisions at that time. As time passes, some strategies may no longer apply, but they remain valuable learning resources.

  • Viewers should think about each video in the context of the market at the time and cultivate their own ability to think and judge.

  • Some of our early investment suggestions included certain individual stocks and ordinary funds. They were good choices at the time, but suitable investments still depend on personal risk tolerance and strategy.

Investors should always be extremely optimistic!

Investors should always face the sunshine!

The market will eventually rise!

Investing requires patience!

Wealth is worth waiting for!

Subscriptions, messages, presses, forwards and shares Apple Podcast.

The market keeps rising over the long run

4/24 and 5/14 are also good dates for stock allocation

  • The equity guarantee allocation, which should not be lower than 30% in cash at the beginning, and the fund, which should be less than 30% in cash, and the fund, which should not be higher than a prototype fund, is well balanced every year after the total asset, Beta.

  • We suggest 433 as the most aggressive asset allocation for stock pledged borrowing, because Beta 1.0 is already the most aggressive allocation.

  • 424; 514 are also a good asset allocation for stock pledges.

Life is not about success. It's about avoiding failure.

  • The point of investment is to live.

  • We don't want to be successful in our lives, but try not to make mistakes.

  • To avoid "growling" and "drowning" and "complying"!

Right investment doesn't take time. Just a few minutes a year.

  • Focus on a happy life!

  • Forget the existence of the market and let time help us finance.

There is no need to spend time staring at the market every day

  • Memories are a constant state of mind. It's a situation that continues to exist all day. Feel your breath at all times. (Audience breathing)

  • When you can do it, it's a "aware" to focus on the water in your heart. Lives in the moment, doesn't have a second to think!

  • The Taiwan government’s measures to encourage business-as-you-go are mainly aimed at reducing the cost of short-term transactions through this policy, attracting more investors and increasing market mobility. So this is not a good thing for citizens, because I'm going to keep trading, but I'm going to think about it for a long time, and it's good for me, but we, or most of us, envy that Taiwan has no income tax.

However, the Taiwan government is charging the price of the stock exchange. It's just like a con group. It's not gonna make you understand.

  • Reducing transaction costs without tax on capital gains is a bad policy of the Taiwan government. Taiwan’s policy is to pay taxes without capital, short-term copying without taxes, and low transaction costs, so that people are keen on short-term transactions, which are often traded.

  • However, the Taiwan government is charging the price of the stock exchange. "It's like a con group that cheats on you, and it won't make you understand."

Although it is a trade fee, it uses the term "subsidized tax" to make people think it's a tax.

  • Taiwan transaction costs are 0.6%. If you trade ten times your capital in a year, the cost is (1.006)^10 - 1 = 0.0616, or 6.16% of your principal.

  • If we invest a million dollars, we charge $6.16 million a year. If the normal return rate is 10 percent, a million dollars is $6.16 million, and the tax rate is 61.6 percent. You don't think it's heavy.

  • The Taiwan government is encouraging people to gamble, but it collects heavy taxes with "certificate taxes". The people of Taiwan do not know, and the government is happy to make the ignorant people earn their money so that they will never be poor and will work in peace. (maybe governments don't know what they're doing.)

  • The people we don’t operate envy that there are no taxes on capital in Taiwan, because 99% of our assets are earned in 40 years’ time, because there’s no tax on occasional sales, and how good it is for long-term investors. So long-term investors like not having a card tax.

  • But for short-term speculators and frequent traders, Taiwan transaction costs are very high. In the U.S., even a USD 3 million / TWD 100 million trade may cost only a few U.S. dollars, roughly TWD 100, while the same TWD 100 million trade in Taiwan costs about TWD 600,000 at 0.6%. That is the difference between TWD 100 and TWD 600,000.

  • This is why Taiwan is happy to skip capital gains tax and collect transaction fees instead. Lower transaction costs encourage foolish short-term speculators to trade even more frequently, so the government earns more. The public is happy and the government earns more, but retail traders are losing money into bankruptcy while thinking they are winning. Taiwan short-term speculators are losing for no reason.

Most people are not really thinking

  • Of course, they do not know what they want to gain without labour, but they are hindering their progress.

  • Others can give you knowledge, answer questions, but think for themselves.

  • Life without thinking is nothing.

  • A student asked whether a lump sum is better than installments. The teacher has said that, over the long term, lump-sum investing is better, but no one knows how much volatility they can truly stomach. Someone who has never entered the market can put in half first to test the water. If this decline makes you panic and want to sell, your market exposure is higher than expected, and you need to raise the cash ratio until market declines no longer cause panic. That calm allocation is what supports long-term holding, accepting natural market development, not getting greedy on gains, not fearing declines, and staying peaceful. Today's key line: using a financial mortgage to invest can be smart; pledging stock to reinvest is stupid.

  • I forgot to repeat that part of the iAM story that day, and that's why it's important that many young people want to spend money quickly to forget their own business, and that they don't work hard, that they don't work hard, that they lose their jobs, and that they lose their flats before they catch fish, so young people make good investments, but remember that they have to take care of their own business, not just to make money, but to work for others.

  • We can be successful in investing, but we can still do business or work, with money, family happiness, life and meaning. Perfect life.
