Investing blindly without learning is dangerous
-
Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:
-
The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.
-
Asking questions after watching the video is the most effective way to learn.
CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything
- We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups are easily infiltrated by bad actors.
Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq-100 index fund QQQ and corresponding local ETFs issued in each country
-
Do not blindly trust financial advisers, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they propose.
-
Over the long run, the Nasdaq-100 index fund and the S&P 500 index fund have been the best-performing investments. Individual stocks, other funds, and wealth-management products usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.
We recommend investing 100% in the Nasdaq-100 index fund
-
In the U.S.: buy QQQ, or QQQM when capital is limited. Cash can be invested in money market fund SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs BIL and SGOV.
-
Taiwan investors: Fubon Nasdaq 00662 is recommended. Cash can be invested in CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF Fund (00864B.TW).
-
China investors: 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660 are suggested.
-
Hong Kong investors: HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (Hong Kong dollar)/9834 (US$).
-
Canada investors: convert to U.S. dollars and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).
-
Australian investors: recommend NDQ purchases.
-
UK investors: iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L), denominated in USD, is recommended. In Europe, EQQQ and CSPX.L are recommended for the SP500 index fund.
-
Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.
-
Japanese investors: Option 2568/1545/2631.
-
Malaysia and Singapore citizens can buy U.S. QQQ through Phillip Securities' POEMS Cash Plus trading account.
-
Korea: QQQ ETF recommended 368590. KS/133690. KS/367380. KS.
Since 2018, we have kept all our videos on YouTube so everyone can learn investing in chronological order
Since 2018, we've kept all the videos on YouTube for investment in time.
-
The video reflects the market situation and the right investment decisions, but with time, some strategies may no longer be appropriate, and these are valuable learning resources.
-
The viewers should be able to think about the content of the film in conjunction with the market and develop their own thinking and judgement skills.
-
Some of our early investment proposals included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment options at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.
Investors are always extremely optimistic!
The investors will always be in the sun!
The market will finally rise!

Loan-to-Value Ratio and Maintenance Requirement
-
I think the value of the file is 60% to 80%.
-
If it's 60% of the value of the net, then if it's 1 million and it's up to 400,000, it's only 600,000 that triggers a forced liquidation. The rate of sustainability is 250% (100 divided by 40), which is quite high.
-
I've tried to spend 2% of my annual borrowing, and I've always guaranteed a maintenance ratio of only 50% QQQ 50% SGOV. It's a good idea that after 2000-2024, the distribution of such assets increased by 3.8 times.
-
So, if you have 2 million, you can borrow 40,000 a year for a pledge, but your asset allocation is 50% QQQ 50% SGOV (not allowed to have funds), the market falls, and 2% buys QLD. When there's a fund, it's smart and balanced.
-
If you invest in stock in Hong Kong with 50% QQQ and 50% SGOV, you're going to use 50% QQQ and 50% SGOV, which is more than 433 (3.4 times the value of the net) and 50% QQQ and 50% SGOV are going to end up 3.8 times the value.
-
The allocation of assets is not the key to determining the return rate, but the market situation is the determining factor for the allocation of assets. Different asset allocations are suitable for different markets, but we have no idea of the future market, so we have to use safe asset allocation as our primary consideration, not our return rate.
-
QQQ has a mortgage credit rate of 70 %, and financial enrichment BOXX and leverage funds cannot be mortgaged. If the mortgage had to be replaced by SGOV, it should also have reached at least 70 % of the credit rate.

Adler's comment: The past can change and everyone can be happy
The U.S. dollar is a strong currency; instead of worrying about USD depreciation, it is more practical to worry about holding depreciating TWD
-
The U.S. dollar is valued at 00864B, and the U.S. dollar is going to move. But in 2025, 00864B interest will be close to 4.5% ~5% at least to compensate for the wave.
-
The US dollar is a powerful currency, and even more so should be worried about holding the US dollar to the detriment of its value.
-
If you're worried about the rate, you're worried about 00662, too.
-
Usually if you're worried about the rate, your risk is so low, you're not suitable for investment.
-
Even if the flowers you hide in the greenhouse are invested in Taiwan, Taiwan's outgroceries, most of the dollar-denominated operations are more affected by the dollar rate, but you don't see it.
So if you own a house, use a wealth-management mortgage
-
The best loans are mortgages, and finance loans are the best loans if they are bought and not sold. In particular, the United States, the United States, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the bank, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house, the house.
-
Taiwan's mortgages, which burn down the house, still pay back the loan, can't go away, but you don't come out to gamble, but to invest in growth.
-
It's not about collateral, it's about gambling, it's about the right investment.
-
So, there's a house to finance the mortgage.
-
The second is credit.
-
It was only after all the investments were made that the loan was considered.

Happy New Year, thanks to the teacher, I've been able to build a system of investment that will protect me.
-
My understanding of the long-term debt is that I was unable to predict today’s rate of interest 20 years ago, and that every time the Federal Reserve’s rate is going to move the stock market the following day, it shows that the market is unpredictable.
-
How am I supposed to know the interest rate 20 years later? Something I don't understand, and if I still think I can make it, then I'm stupid.
-
So I'd rather put my money on a one-year bond of 00864B, park my cash-backed ship here, earn a good little interest, earn no interest or even transfer money, great - 2%, at least I can afford.
-
Long-term downfall is the biggest risk, like a sure-fired inability to resist inflation and gain to lose!
People who know fear and respect risk are the truly brave ones
-
Accidents come before tomorrow. I'll retire in nine and a half years, and I'll gradually reduce exposure and raise the cash reserve of 00,864B.
-
And learn other new things, and then build up other professions, because I have more than one cash flow.
-
It's brave people who know fear and fear risk.
-
The grateful teacher, when he failed in my career, gave a great lesson, and that day I was like Liu Bei, a middle-aged loser, and I heard the same excitement and vision of the future. I'm more grateful to the teacher for not abandoning me for being short and incompetent.

Mr. JAMES, I am your Hong Kong fan, having had the pleasure of approaching you at the end of 2024, and having seen most of your videos, conclude with the following observations:
-
Invest QQQ as early as possible, buy and sell, buy and hold, not sell.
-
In the United States, the annual returns on QQQ investment will be more than 20% higher.
-
Thank you for your self-interest in sharing your valuable financial knowledge, God bless you.
If I'm short of money and I'm short of living, do I have to take stock or sell a little QQQ for retirement?
-
Finally, I would like to ask you a question, because I don't have to pay taxes on my capital in Hong Kong, i.e., we don't have to pay taxes on our shares, unlike in the United States.
-
If I'm short of money and I'm short of living, do I have to take stock or sell a little QQQ for retirement?
-
I asked the Hong Kong C. I. C., they couldn't do it there; they asked Futu, where they could only do margin and buy shares, with interest up to 6.5 percent, and no cash.
-
And you said you can't buy stocks with margin, and there's a risk of bankruptcy at any time; IB looked up it, too, as if only Americans could take stock and borrow money, so Hong Kongers like me could sell QQQ.
-
It doesn't matter if you invest first, of course it'll be much better if you have a stock pledge than if you don't have a stock deposit, you don't need to spend your own assets, and your own assets can grow up to a thousand times. If you spend your own assets, your annual remuneration will be at least 2% less, and your assets will be two thirds less than those who borrow shares in 40 years.
-
But I think banks are all for rich people, and by that time your stock is really big enough for private banks or for personal finance.
