New friends, please watch the following videos from our channel first.

Investing blindly without learning is dangerous

  • Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:

  • The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.

  • Asking questions after watching the videos is the most effective way to learn.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything.

  • We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups can easily be infiltrated by bad actors.

Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq 100 index fund QQQ and the corresponding local ETFs issued in each country.

  • Do not fully trust financial advisors, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they suggest.

  • Over the long run, Nasdaq 100 index funds and S&P 500 index funds have the best performance. Individual stocks, funds, and other financial products outside these categories usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in a Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • In the United States: buy QQQ, or QQQM if you have less capital. Cash can go into Money market SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs such as BIL, SGOV, and BOXX.

  • Taiwan investors: consider Fubon NASDAQ 00662; for cash, use CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF (008645B.TW).

  • China investors: consider 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660.

  • Hong Kong investors: choose HKD 3086, USD 9086, or ETF 2834 (HKD)/9834 (USD).

  • Canada investors: exchange into USD and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).

  • Australia investors: consider buying NDQ.

  • UK investors: consider the USD-denominated iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L); in Europe, consider EQQQ and the SP500 index fund CSPX.L.

  • Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.

  • Japan investors: choose 2568/1545/2631.

  • Malaysian and Singaporean citizens: buy U.S. QQQ through a POEMS Cash Plus trading account.

  • Korea: recommended QQQ ETFs include 368590.KS/133690.KS/367380.KS.

The best investment is the Nasdaq 100 index fund

Since 2018, we have kept all videos on YouTube so everyone can study investing in chronological order.

  • The videos reflect the market conditions and appropriate investment decisions at that time. As time passes, some strategies may no longer apply, but they remain valuable learning resources.

  • Viewers should think about each video in the context of the market at the time and cultivate their own ability to think and judge.

  • Some of our early investment suggestions included certain individual stocks and ordinary funds. They were good choices at the time, but suitable investments still depend on personal risk tolerance and strategy.

Investors should always be extremely optimistic!

Investors should always face the sunshine!

The market will eventually rise!

Investing requires patience!

The market keeps rising over the long run

There is no obvious change in inflation over three months

  • Long-term debt and long-term inflation forecasts are tied up. And the interest on long-term bonds is fixed and future interest payments are worthless. The interest you'll receive in the future is no longer valuable.

  • If the real annual rate of payback (real IRR) is equal to the short-term annual interest rate of 1.94 per cent if the interest rate is 5 per cent for 30 years (inflationary 3 per cent).

  • So now 4% of short-term debt is now at 1.94% of the real annual rate of payback (real IRR) over 30 years of interest over 5%.

  • There was no inflation change in the short term for three months, and the interest received was a real-life reward.

  • Unless central bank interest rates are much lower than 2 per cent, the US Treasury will pay off its short debt. So if 30 countries are in debt, short-term T-BILL interest should be around 2%.

  • So long-term debt is still in the interest of the Treasury. This is why the United States wants a 100-year long debt. But if interest is not high enough, no one should ask questions.

The good asset allocation is the Chimenan Armour, the most powerful force in the air and land.

  • Control risks, top asset allocation.

  • Cash is an important asset in the allocation of resources.

  • Cash is the food and air that is allocated to the capital.

  • The Fund is an asset-based carrier.

  • The fund is an asset-sized missile unit.

  • The stock pledge is a deformation of the asset allocation.

I know it's not easy to go through the sale of a house, rent a house outside, invest in a fund.

  • Because you're the only one who's ever had to know about a change of heart from having your own house to rent it.

  • 49:59 Respond again. It's really hard to teach your family to invest. They prefer to listen to friends, colleagues, bank managers, to buy annuity, to save, and to ignore my proposal for a market value-type fund.

  • It's still hard to convince them. There's nothing to be said. What if it falls?

  • In their hearts, they prefer to pay back their well-established annual outlet of insurance and abandon their long-standing stock market of 9-10.

There's no way. Under the capitalist system, the gap between the rich and the poor is the result.

  • So poverty is widespread, and our purpose is to treat it.

  • But some patients just can't accept our prescriptions and listen to them.

  • A thousand-hand viewer can only save the limited proletarian population, not the world.

  • Family is more difficult, the temple is light. It's hard to make a difference.

@brianliu945.3 hours ago

  • 1:15:54 I can't help but respond. This is what happened when " it was stored and went to the post office and was persuaded to buy a pension ".

  • It's really immoral to go to the post office and sell insurance to the elderly people.

But in Taiwan gold control, a dragon is a fraud, so the usual stock is sold for insurance.

  • This is the problem of financial regulators, who should not be involved in insurance or financial transactions. People’s deposits at post offices or in banks are deposits, and commercial banks collect deposits for lending.

  • But in Taiwan gold control, a dragon is a fraud, so the usual deposit is sold off for insurance.

  • One thing the insurance industry says is that its biggest enemy is the deposit, and they're going to dig up all the money they've saved to buy their insurance, especially when Taiwan’s reserves far exceed the amount invested. This is the biggest piece of fat in the financial industry, which is the size of the age, and the elderly are the most vulnerable to fraud.

  • The worst case is taking out a reverse mortgage on an elderly person's home to buy high-risk investments tied to debt, or to buy investment-type insurance policies. If the market then falls, the entire insurance policy can be wiped out. We do not recommend reverse mortgages for retirees without repayment ability, much less investment-type insurance policies.

Notes: this is hard to say with certainty

  • @brianliu945

  • Note. It's hard to say.

  • At first, the teacher thought NVDA would sell off sharply because mining demand declined.

  • 2023 went down to 2025, ten times higher. That's why it's right to return to market value ETF, and it's really hard to catch a stock change.

It's even less worth it. Even if you can make a profit, you won't lose your self and your family and your health.

  • James: A bad news, a blow back before liberation, when to liberate, if there's a chance, is a question.

  • The short-term job is not worth it, even if you can make a profit, if you can make a profit, you can't lose yourself and your family and health.
