Investment risks are high and could lead to significant losses. If you cannot afford to lose more than 10% in the short term or fall more than 20% in a few years, do not invest. Investing blindly without learning is dangerous

  • Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:

  • The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.

  • Asking questions after watching the videos is the most effective way to learn.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything.

  • We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups can easily be infiltrated by bad actors.

Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq 100 index fund QQQ and corresponding local ETFs issued in each country.

  • Do not trust the advice of financial experts, including Charles Schwab financial consultant. They can assist in the opening of the account, but they do not recommend that the ETF or other financial items proposed by them be fully taken into account.

  • Over the long run, Nasdaq 100 index funds and S&P 500 index funds have the best performance. Individual stocks, funds, and other financial products outside these categories usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in a Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • In the United States: buy QQQ, or QQQM if you have less capital. Cash can go into Money market SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs such as BIL, SGOV, and BOXX.

  • Taiwan investors: consider Fubon NASDAQ 00662; for cash, use CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF (00865B.TW).

Chinese investors: 513100/5133/160213/159941/16130/159660 is recommended.

Hong Kong investors: HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (Hong Kong dollar)/9834 (US$).

  • Canada investors: exchange into USD and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).

In Australia, investors: recommend NDQ purchases.

British investors: Ishares VII Public Limited Company - iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX. L) is recommended for US dollars; Europe recommends EQQQ, SP500.

Brazil: The recently launched NASD11 is the NASD11.

Japanese investors: Option 2568/1545/2631.

Malaysia and Singapore citizens: QQQ can be bought through a cashier's trading account.

Korea: QQQ ETF recommended 368590. KS/133690. KS/367380. KS.

The best investment is the Nasdaq 100 index fund

Since 2018, we have kept all the videos on YouTube for investment in time.

The video reflects the circumstances of the market and the right investment decisions at the time, but over time certain strategies may no longer be appropriate, which are valuable sources of learning.

Viewers should think about each video in the context of the market at the time and cultivate their own ability to think and judge.

Our early proposals for investment included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment choices at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.

The social media environment is moving fast, and sometimes channels can be blocked or mounted without warning.

  • In order to avoid any disconnection, it is recommended that we not simply track our accounts on a single platform.

Apart from YouTube, please follow our Facebook, Podcast or Clubhouse channels. In this way, if one of the platforms is restricted or shut down, you can still get updates from other platforms first.

  • We'll announce new channel messages on other platforms once they're unusual, making sure you don't miss anything important.

Investors should always be extremely optimistic!

The market keeps rising over the long run

We never know how high the market can go

Credit loans and loans that require monthly repayment must be affordable from salary. A reverse mortgage does not have the same monthly-payment risk.

From age 55, some banks can handle reverse mortgages. Mega Bank reverse mortgages charge interest monthly, capped at one third of the fixed monthly disbursement or approved amount; any uncollected interest, without additional interest, is settled when the loan matures or ends.

It is also important to understand asset allocation and to keep enough cash.

It is only the allocation of sufficient cash that is counter-vulnerable.

@jasonlin63211

  • Video 00361, a teacher-student conversation, is excellent. It helps explain capitalism, the role of central banks, inflation and money printing, financial operations, Japan's deflation, and especially the point that governments use inflation so companies can make money and avoid layoffs.

@jasonlin6321

Understanding the first principle of world finance makes it possible to understand whether government policies are right or not and central bank policies.

The understanding of world finance is deep enough for society.

Because we live in a capitalist world, we have to explain all the world's operations from finance.

The new country can also print unlimited currency in exchange for dollars?

  • @jasonlin6321

  • Video number 00361, 1:54:00, Mr. James. This is not very clear. Can't you buy dollars for foreign investment?

  • The new country can also print unlimited currency in exchange for dollars?

If the central bank of a new country doesn't have enough dollar reserves, and if the exchange rate is not regulated, it's bankrupt.

  • The currency of the new country is only sought by people in the country, and not internationally, so if the currency is printed too much, it can only remain in the market for inflation.

  • The currency of a new nation’s people and producers can only be exchanged for dollars by foreign banks (dollar reserves) in their own countries. No one wants it internationally.

  • No one is willing to exchange their dollars for the currency of the new country. We can only find our own foreign bank. Foreign exchange can be created in exchange for dollars.

  • A new country can only earn dollars from its own national exports, which I say are slave dollars. So get the dollar and change it immediately. The world is enslaved by powerful currency.

  • If the central bank of a new country does not have enough US dollars, and if the exchange rate is not regulated, it will go bankrupt.

It's hard to make a value investment because it's hard to make a value investment.

So I don't know how to value, I don't invest.

This is the only investment strategy everyone can do.

Each case and the asset allocation I've responded to suit the person in the case.

  • It's like a doctor's prescription. You can't take it.

  • You have to understand the situation of this friend, and why I'm responding like this, learning the essence of it, not taking it on a copy list.

This is a long-term asset allocation

  • But the balance between funds and cash has to be rebalanced every year.

  • Both the fund and the prototype fund and the cash are part of the asset allocation.

  • Longitude is our essence, and asset allocation and rebalancing are necessary tools to face risks.

123 allocation, with Roth using 12

The ROTH account is still recommended because ROTH 401K can raise higher amounts each year. ROTH is important for future asset allocation.

It's best to have a full investment in RoTH 401K and ROTH IRA and a capital investment.

The Brokerage account also needs to be invested every month, and can't afford to invest fully in ROTH.

One-two-two-three, Roth-one-two.

As long as it is the right investment

  • An immediate market price buys, the opportunity to earn is the highest, and the later the expectation sells, the less it earns, the loss of a lifetime.
