The relationship between different asset allocations and withdrawal rates

    • This is primarily for those who have retired without income.
    • People close to retirement should do the same.
    • For a friend who is more than 10 years away from retirement, a little bit higher, of course.
    • Different people with different asset allocations can use different asset allocations to draw the right proportion for their living needs, and all asset allocations decide on the annual draw rate before determining the cash ratio.
    • When you're out of cash, Beta will be in a section, you'll need a lot more beta to lower.
  • For retirees without income, 15 years of annual expenses in cash is a safe cash level.

30% cash asset allocation, the highest of beta is 433 (40% QQQ or 00662; 30% QLD (00670L); 30% currency market fund 00865B (SGOV; SWVXX; BOXX)beta 1.0, the highest of 2% of capital use, the lowest of beta is 70 30, the highest of 70 QQQ or 00662; 30% of currency market fund 0086B (SGOV; SWVXX; BOXX)b of 0.7% of capital use.

  • With 40% cash, the highest-beta allocation is 334: 30% QQQ or 00662, 30% QLD or 00670L, and 40% money market fund 00865B, SGOV, SWVXX, or BOXX. Beta is 0.9 and the withdrawal rate is up to 3%. The lowest-beta allocation is 60/40, also called 604: 60% QQQ or 00662 and 40% money market fund 00865B, SGOV, SWVXX, or BOXX. Beta is 0.6 and the withdrawal rate is up to 4%.

  • With 50% cash, the highest-beta allocation is 325: 30% QQQ or 00662, 20% QLD or 00670L, and 50% money market fund 00865B, SGOV, SWVXX, or BOXX. Beta is 0.7 and the withdrawal rate is up to 4%. The lowest-beta allocation is 50/50, also called 505: 50% QQQ or 00662 and 50% money market fund 00865B, SGOV, SWVXX, or BOXX. Beta is 0.5 and the withdrawal rate is up to 5%.

  • For retirees without income, 15 years of annual expenses in cash is a safe cash level.

It is difficult to start with 15 years of cash, and it is not absolutely necessary.

    • The compromise is based on the previous asset allocation, and when the market rises, you can rebalance the cash to 15 years’ worth.
    • The drop in cash from the top of the market is not enough for more than 15 years, and the fall in the year should not be as balanced as possible. If the rise is not 15 years of cash, there is a risk that the fall in the year will be more balanced.
    • Only when there is more than 15 years of cash at the highest point is the decline in the balance. For example, with 18 years of spending at the top, three years of decline can be rebalanced.
  • :: For long-term investing, staying alive matters more than returns.

  • It's a steady practice to have 15 years of cash at the top of the market. All investment allocations are very personal, and it is important to have an in-depth understanding of the most appropriate asset allocation and strategy.

  • "Exoneration statement."

  • This section and the film are shared experiences, non-professional investments or tax advice, and self-determination and due diligence. Investment is risky and the market needs to be cautious.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to act on our behalf.

  • We don't know any group of members and their purpose, and we're vulnerable to being infiltrated by people with a heart.

The investments we recommend are mainly the Nasdaq 100 index fund QQQ and the corresponding local ETFs issued in each country.

  • Not all financial experts, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can assist in the opening of the account, but they do not recommend that the ETF or other financial items proposed by them be fully taken into account.

  • In the long run, the Nasdaq 100 and S& funds are the best investments. Other individual stocks, funds, and financial products are usually less helpful for successful investing and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in the Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • In the United States: buy QQQ, or QQQM if capital is limited. Cash can go into Money Market SWVXX or short-term Treasury ETFs such as BIL, SGOV, and BOXX.

  • Taiwan investors: consider Fubon NASDAQ 00662. For cash, consider CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF (00865B.TW).

  • Chinese investors: It is proposed to invest 513100/5133/160213/159941/16130/159660.

  • Hong Kong investors: consider HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (HKD) / 9834 (USD).

  • Canadian investors: QQQ in US dollars, or QQC. TO/ETF (HXQ. TO).

  • Australian investors: recommend NDQ purchases.

  • UK investors: IShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L) is recommended for US dollars; Europe recommends EQQQ, SP500.

  • Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.

  • Japanese investors: consider 2568 / 1545 / 2631.

  • Malaysians and Singaporeans: QQQ can be bought through a POEMS Cash Plus trading account.

  • Korea: recommended QQQ ETFs include 368590.KS / 133690.KS / 367380.KS.

Since 2018, we have kept all videos on YouTube so everyone can study investing in chronological order.

  • The video reflects the market situation and the right investment decisions, but with time, some strategies may no longer be appropriate, and these are valuable learning resources.

  • The viewers should be able to think about the content of the film in conjunction with the market and develop their own thinking and judgement skills.

  • Some of our early investment proposals included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment options at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.

The current social media environment changes quickly, and channels may be blocked or removed without warning.

  • In order to avoid any disconnection, it is recommended that we not simply track our accounts on a single platform.

In addition to YouTube, please also follow our Facebook, Podcast, or Clubhouse channels. If one platform is restricted or shut down, you can still get the latest updates through other platforms.

  • We'll announce new channel messages on other platforms once they're unusual, making sure you don't miss anything important.

00537 Financial Mortgage Plus Antifragile Retirement: a 15-Year Cash Safety Cushion and Smart Borrowing to Build Wealth. October 25, 2025 - figure 31-2: The market keeps rising forever; it only goes up, never down

A bank that is worse than a fraud, and wipes out the people's assets and doesn't spit!

00537 Financial Mortgage Plus Antifragile Retirement: a 15-Year Cash Safety Cushion and Smart Borrowing to Build Wealth. October 25, 2025 - figure 32-1: Banks more detestable than scammers devour ordinary people's assets completely and do not even spit out the bones!

Cash is about $40.3 million.

This is the case:

In the case of Taiwan, there is no loan for one home.

2. Cash of about NT$40 million and annuity policies

a. (Mr. ) 3 million per year, or 3 million (in the event of a withdrawal of the contract) b. (I) 50,000 per year, or 1.5 million (in the event of a withdrawal of the agreement of 930,000) US$ 4.2 million (in the event of a withdrawal of the contract) US$ 4.2 million, or US$ 4.2 million, or US$ 4.2 million, in the interest rate of US$ 907 million per year (expired in February 2023), or 4.91 per cent per year.

If you retire now, how should you allocate assets? Can you use a financial mortgage?

What is the distribution of assets after retirement after 2.5 years?

Of course, in the future, the Ub e r driver may become a vulnerable profession once AI drives himself.

A long-term stability can be adapted to environmental change by the fact that many high-tech engineers who are vulnerable think they're well paid, are fragile, and the market changes and AI loses its job.

Ub e r drivers are anti-vulnerable, because they have money for work, and they don't earn like high-tech software engineers, but their fate is in their hands.

Of course, in the future AI will automatically drive the Ub e r driver and become a vulnerable profession.

So we have to evolve ourselves, and we have to evolve our personal investments, not remain the same. The biggest risk is not knowing the risks of environmental change and not knowing the risks! Ignoring risk is the greatest risk!

Five million dollars, 18 per cent annual returns, 40 and then $375 million.

  • One hundred thousand dollars a year, at an annual rate of 6 per cent, 16 million in debt after 40 years, and 359 million in assets after withholding debt.

  • If you spend 100,000 dollars a year on your own assets, and you end up with 189 million dollars, more than $170 million less than the money you borrowed.

  • Compared to the two above-mentioned situations of borrowing and non-borrowing, the money spends twice as much money as the non-borrowing, and the longer it takes, the bigger the gap.

  • So it's the difference between a rich man and a rich man who doesn't borrow money.

If the cash is less than 15 years old, the market will fall as fast as possible, or a small amount of QQQ(00662) will be transferred to the fund!

  • It is usually recommended that the beginning of retirement should be 10 or 15 years of cash, which is for friends who are already retired and have no income. We suggest that the beginning of retirement should be as much cash as possible, and that it is best to reach more than 15 years.

  • When you start retiring, you have 10, 15, 20 years of cash, which depends on how much money you've got and how much money you've got. (It's usually the poor who don't leave cash, because it's too little to eat!)

  • If the cash is less than 15 years old, the market will fall as fast as possible, or a small amount of QQQ(00662) will be transferred to the fund!

  • It's safer to spend money from investment (carrying or selling shares) and to grow through the market, which can slowly accumulate the cash to the end of 15 or 20 years. It all takes time. It's too much time!

  • Case discussion

  • The point is that if you can't renew the loan if you retire, 20 million will have to be repaid once, you will have to sell the loan, and if the bank can't renew the contract for 20 million, plus 80% of the market, the bank will have to sell the stock and pay 20 million in arrears, you will be broke!

  • You can find Star Fair or any other bank that can get you to take care of your mortgage. At least 15 years at a time, and no more than 15 years to receive a loan.
