Investing blindly without learning is dangerous
-
Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:
-
The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.
-
Asking questions after watching the video is the most effective way to learn.
CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything
- We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups are easily infiltrated by bad actors.
Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq-100 index fund QQQ and corresponding local ETFs issued in each country
-
Do not blindly trust financial advisers, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they propose.
-
Over the long run, the Nasdaq-100 index fund and the S&P 500 index fund have been the best-performing investments. Individual stocks, other funds, and wealth-management products usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.
We recommend investing 100% in the Nasdaq-100 index fund
In the U.S.: buy QQQ, or QQQM when capital is limited. Cash can be invested in money market fund SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs BIL and SGOV.
Taiwan investors: Fubon Nasdaq 00662 is recommended. Cash can be invested in CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF Fund (00864B.TW).
Chinese investors: 513100/5133/160213/159941/16130/159660 is recommended.
Hong Kong investors: HKD 3086, USD 9086, ETF 2834 (Hong Kong dollar)/9834 (US$).
Canada investors: convert to U.S. dollars and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).
In Australia, investors: recommend NDQ purchases.
UK investors: iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Nasdaq 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L), denominated in USD, is recommended. In Europe, EQQQ and CSPX.L are recommended for the SP500 index fund.
Brazil: The recently launched NASD11 is the NASD11.
Japanese investors: Option 2568/1545/2631.
Malaysia and Singapore citizens can buy U.S. QQQ through Phillip Securities' POEMS Cash Plus trading account.
Korea: QQQ ETF recommended 368590. KS/133690. KS/367380. KS.
Since 2018, we have kept all our videos on YouTube so everyone can learn investing in chronological order
Since 2018, we've kept all the videos on YouTube for investment in time.
-
The video reflects the market situation and the right investment decisions, but with time, some strategies may no longer be appropriate, and these are valuable learning resources.
-
The viewers should be able to think about the content of the film in conjunction with the market and develop their own thinking and judgement skills.
-
Some of our early investment proposals included certain shares and general funds, which were good investment options at the time, but the right ones also needed to consider individual risk tolerance and investment strategies.

From experience, I really have not seen many people who can tolerate beta above 1.2
-
Those who have recently surrendered to 442 have either fallen to 0.9 or lower, and it is more worthwhile to find their comfort betas than to endure market movements.
-
Rabbit races, rabbits don't come before turtles.
-
Two times the size of the warehouse fund, you'll retire 10 years later if you run into a big hole in 20 years.
-
Human greed and fear are the greatest enemies, and it is often difficult for investors, even with 10 years and 20 years of experience, to avoid high-handedness and control.
-
Every time the market falls, the investors start to be greedy about taking down the flats, but the market continues to fall, you keep going flat, the market continues to fall, and then you start to get scared. And when most of your capital has entered the market, and the market has continued to decline, possibly nearing bankruptcy, that's what ordinary people often encounter, turning from brave greed to fear, and eventually killing stocks in low-end, and the whole investment failed.
-
Human nature can be overcome only if you have a sense of consciousness and awakening, but few can overcome it, and it is only right to avoid being tested.
-
And then people don't want to go to the market immediately, and when they see the market rising, they throw a little, and the market continues to go up, and then the market goes up, and the market starts falling.
-
When you're so brave and greedy, the market gives you a lesson that you're going to lose a lot, that you're going to hold it for a long time, but the market continues to fall, and after you're strangling your capital, you end up killing it in a low price, and the entire investment fails.
-
To understand the market, overcome human nature, and hold enough cash is to feel comfortable even when the market rises. Cash is a gift for overcoming human nature; do not waste it.
You're in trouble for your identity. It was also a wise decision for the family to go to Canada for six years and move back to the Bay District in 2021.
I used to see parents and brothers as particularly important, and now know that my family is first. I used to love the fun, and now I'll reduce socialization. I'll keep listening to your class.
We went to Toronto in 2004 and bought a house in 2016, and now there are tenants, and last October I sold the house to the tenant, who said he would move in April this year, but most recently at the end of June. I have the right to sell the house, the tenant has the right to continue living in it, but he has the duty to cooperate.
This house is a negative cash flow, which goes backwards every month. If I wait for him until the end of June, I will spend an additional C$ 12,000 to renovate the middle house for two months (the monthly rent is now 4300). Or are we on the market now? Which one do you think is better?
And another thing is, non-tax residents in Canada, who have to deduct 35% of the house price for investment, wait 7-8 months. The investment house is a dead man, selling, brokering fee of 5 %, a three-month fine for banks to sell in Canada, fees for accountants, fees for lawyers, and, in the end, 35 % for the government, not 35 % for the profit, so I understand very well what you say: without a house is complete freedom, I'll rent a house if I'm happy.
The house is a tool for the government and the financial industry to keep people in the cage of labor.
All your considerations are the costs of sinking. Don't hesitate. It's none of their business to pay for it.
In early 2024, when I was overheard of 100 million dollars, I felt awakened.

In early 2024, when I was overheard of 100 million dollars, I felt awakened.
-
The concept of indicator has always been known, but there is no confidence in its implementation, and the teacher's lecture has given me great confidence.
-
I'm retiring next year and I'm asking if it's okay to ask you if I have $15 million in capital, plus $5 million in loan money for finance, and I'll pay $5 million for the rest of my interest-giving product, and the remaining $15 million for the 433 configuration.
I do not know how much you need for annual living expenses
-
I'm suggesting that you invest in 0056 for 5 million. Of course it's changing.
-
You invest 15 million dollars, 00662,00670L,00864B, and you rebalance smartly every year, so that you don't take the 15 million from the fund, you can use the fund.
-
Retired, if you need to spend money from the $15 million invested, you need to be allocated according to the following assets (no funds can be allocated).
-
Configure I, 80% 00662 20% 00864B is rebalanced by 80:20 a year, using 2% of 1,500 assets per year, or 300,000.
-
The two configurations, 80%,0646,20%,00864B, are rebalanced by 80:20 a year, using 3% of 1,500 assets per year, or 4.5 million.
As for how much should be at 0056, how much should be configured in other assets, you have to calculate yourself.
-
If the above asset allocation can cost up to $5 million per year plus your 5 million 0056 dividends is not enough to provide for your spending and loan interest, then you need to change some of your assets to 0056 to 6% per year.
-
As for how much should be at 0056 and how much should be allocated to other assets, you have to calculate yourself.
-
And there's the simplest way that you're going to spend a year of cash flows that are provided by high dividends of 0056, like you're going to need $600,000 a year for the next 15 years before you pay back your principal, and you're going to invest 0056 for 10 million, and you're going to spend 433 bita 1.0 or lower bita just to fall 50 percent of the market and sleep over. The cash flow you need to live is fully provided by 0056.
