The market only goes up over the long run

Clubhouse, easy talk about investing in CLEC, on June 21, 2025.

Market volatility has nothing to do with me!

  • Market volatility has nothing to do with me!

  • The international situation has nothing to do with me!

  • Market analysis has nothing to do with me!

  • Market volatility has nothing to do with me!

  • The economy has nothing to do with me!

  • Everything has nothing to do with me!

  • Ignore market noise and ups and downs!

For almost 20 years we have devoted ourselves to teaching, and have never benefited from it. Please don't believe in any investment proposals. Although YouTube videos may appear, they are not within our control or profit.

Investment risks are high and could lead to significant losses. If you cannot afford more than 10% loss in the short term or 20% decline in the last few years, do not invest. Please be aware that your cash flow is safe and fully understand our investment philosophy before taking action. Invest cautiously, and all decisions are your own responsibility.

New friends, please watch the following videos from our channel first.

Investing blindly without learning is dangerous

  • Watch our videos and ask specific questions, including:

  • The video number and the timestamp where the question appears.

  • Asking questions after watching the videos is the most effective way to learn.

CLEC has no discussion groups, and we have not authorized anyone to do anything.

  • We cannot know the membership or purpose of any group, and such groups can easily be infiltrated by bad actors.

Our recommended investments are mainly the Nasdaq 100 index fund QQQ and the corresponding local ETFs issued in each country.

  • Do not fully trust financial advisors, including Charles Schwab financial consultants. They can help open accounts, but we do not recommend fully accepting the ETFs or other financial products they suggest.

  • Over the long run, Nasdaq 100 index funds and S&P 500 index funds have the best performance. Individual stocks, funds, and other financial products outside these categories usually do not help investment success and should be avoided.

We recommend investing 100% in a Nasdaq 100 index fund

  • In the United States: buy QQQ, or QQQM if you have less capital. Cash can go into Money market SWVXX or short-term Treasury bill ETFs such as BIL, SGOV, and BOXX.

  • Taiwan investors: consider Fubon NASDAQ 00662; for cash, use CTBC U.S. Government 0-1 Year Bond ETF (008645B.TW).

  • China investors: consider 513100/513300/160213/159941/161130/159660.

  • Hong Kong investors: choose HKD 3086, USD 9086, or ETF 2834 (HKD)/9834 (USD).

  • Canada investors: exchange into USD and buy QQQ directly, or use CAD products such as QQC.TO/ETF (HXQ.TO).

  • Australia investors: consider buying NDQ.

  • UK investors: consider the USD-denominated iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF (CNDX.L); in Europe, consider EQQQ and the SP500 index fund CSPX.L.

  • Brazil: The recently launched NASD 11 is the NASD11.

  • Japan investors: choose 2568/1545/2631.

  • Malaysian and Singaporean citizens: buy U.S. QQQ through a POEMS Cash Plus trading account.

  • Korea: recommended QQQ ETFs include 368590.KS/133690.KS/367380.KS.

The best investment is the Nasdaq 100 index fund

Since 2018, we have kept all videos on YouTube so everyone can study investing in chronological order.

  • The videos reflect the market conditions and appropriate investment decisions at that time. As time passes, some strategies may no longer apply, but they remain valuable learning resources.

  • Viewers should think about each video in the context of the market at the time and cultivate their own ability to think and judge.

  • Some of our early investment suggestions included certain individual stocks and ordinary funds. They were good choices at the time, but suitable investments still depend on personal risk tolerance and strategy.

Investors should always be extremely optimistic!

Investors should always face the sunshine!

The market will eventually rise!

Investing requires patience!

Wealth is worth waiting for!

The market keeps rising over the long run

Watch "I may be wrong": The last lesson for the forest wise, the sentence pierced the heart. From the CFO to the monks to the patients, he walked through the jungle, lost everything, gave us the last gift. "on YouTube

On YouTube, watch "How can a man live his life without losing his life?"

None - figure 16-2: Watch on YouTube: "[Audiobook] 《人间值得》 — how should one live a life so as not to waste it?"

If today is your last day, someone asks if you lost or sold your stock. Do you know three lines?

  • Our asset allocation, we'll have nearly a third of our assets in cash. For those who retire, there will be nearly 15 years of cash for living, all of which has nothing to do with me.

  • If you were still at work, you wouldn't have enough money, you wouldn't have been able to do anything in the event of a disaster, you'd have to go back to work and invest.

  • If today is your last day, someone asks if you lost or sold your stock. You're not gonna be three lines.

  • Investment is not something that you think about when your life is at stake. If you were dying, would you still think about your investment?

  • So don't worry about life and imagine what disaster is bigger than today's last day of life.

Boredom is the highest level of investing

  • Investment takes five minutes a year.

  • It was a boring thing.

  • It's only in Las Vegas that there's excitement.

  • If you're too excited about investing, it means you're investing, gambling, not investing.

This is not only about teaching money

  • If we want to succeed, we must be with you and find the teacher whenever we want.

  • And if there is no one to accompany and teach, then it is as if I had sought it for forty years, and I am a survivor, and the rest have disappeared.

  • We are a movement to awaken capitalism, and you will all be the ones who will change the world.

With pledged borrowing, the initial asset allocation should not exceed Beta 1.0

  • Quality pledge, initial asset allocation, not available 442. The most active asset allocation is also 433. Actually 424 is full.

  • Quality bet, initial asset allocation, no more than 1.0.

  • Bonded, initial asset allocation, cash exceeding 30%.

  • There's a pledge of quality, the initial asset allocation, the fund cannot exceed the prototype fund, nor the cash.

In the first place, if the market had just dropped by 10 years, the risk would be the highest.

  • So no more than 1.0 for the allocation of assets from the initial pledge loan. 424 Beta 0.8, too.

  • And then the market goes up, every year smartly rebalances, and slowly Beta goes up.

Cash is the key to the safety of the Army and the Marines of the Long Line Investment Prototype Fund.

Prepare well and plan for the worst-case scenario

  • There's nothing to be afraid of when life accepts the worst of things.

  • Cash is enough. Any worst-case scenario can survive.

Long-term investors should not fear declines; they should fear buying too fast

For pledged borrowing, the initial allocation should keep more than 30% in cash

  • It can't exceed the prototype fund or the cash part.

  • Beta cannot be higher than 1.0.
